You were wondering how to post TS3 stories? Take your pictures, click on "My TSR" and choose "My Stories". Then click on the tab that says "Add Story". After that, browse for your pictures in Documents/Electronic Arts/Sims 3/Screenshots. (btw, the chapter you asked me about this on WAS chapter 3)
