- Well, most people forget about the 'resource.cfg' named file. Beside that you have to make a 'Mods' folder (and another 'Packages' folder in it - as you did
) you also have to include this 'resource.cfg' file! You have to place it simply to the sims3 root folder (so not into mods), for download here you go: http://chii.modthesims.info/getfile.php?file=927170 (It's on the modthesims2 site, you have to be logged in, once you downloaded you'll get a rar, just extract it and there will be the file
)
