I honestly do not know.  I can say that that does mean that you have several above average creations, but I do not know if you will be promoted or not.  There is a listing on the homepage (under the newsfeed I believe) that explains how featured/select artists are chosen, and I also believe that there is a listing on how they are chosen in the forums.

well your sims need work, but so do mine ahahah you are doing well but you can allways be better. My advice is keep creating, try things, see them in the game see if they work, study other peoples work to see what them did, how they did it etc. Try to work with fotos and try to make the skins and the sims look as much as possible to the real people, and keep an eye on details.
