I enjoy creating lots that are realistic and easily playable. A major problem with many of the "architects" out there is that they load their lots with tons of custom content and decoration... while this lends itself to beautiful houses they take FOREVER to upload, and bog down the system. I create lots that are realistic - designed after actual blueprints of homes - and I use only maxis content. This makes for fast uploads, and allows for each person to add his or her own personal taste and custom content once the house is in the game. I welcome any special requests or comments.
