Welcome to the next part of "What a Baby Can Do". I'd like to thank all of the custom creaters and all of the people who read and commented on my other stories. I hope you enjoy this as much as all of my other stories.... I ran over to the phone and answered it. It wound up that it was Ramiele's doctor telling me that I should come to see her immediatly. But I didn't have time to ask her any questions because she rushed me off the phone. I hoped that everything was okay with Ramiele. I love her with all of my heart and couldn't bear to even think about anything being wrong with her. Before we left, I decided that I should go change. So I put on a new outfit... and I fixed up my hair and make-up. I then went into Ramieles room and she looked up at me with her gorgous blue eyes.
"Honey, we're gonna go out for a little while okay?"
"Okay, mama"
I smiled when I hear that word...mama. I changed her outfit and off we went. When we arrived in the doctors office I sat down while Ramiele played with the other children. I was very worried and kept to myself the entire wait. Then, in what seemed like an eternity later, the nurse called us in, "Courtney, Ramiele, we're ready for you." We followed her into a room and she set Ramiele down on the table. The nurse began to speak, "Listen, I called you in for an important reason. Before Ramieles parents died they brought her to see me and I just got back the test results this morning." Without even realizing it, I began to cry. "Oh my gosh, whats wrong with her? Whats wrong with Ramiele? Is she going to be okay? Please, say she is." "Courtney, sweetheart, calm down. She's fine. She was having some trouble breathing but we found out that it's only asthma. It's not a big deal, but it is something that you should be aware of. Calm down, everythings going to be okay." I stopped crying for a moment but then started again. Before they were tears of sorrow, but now they turned into tears of joy. I was so happy that she was okay. I thought that something was going to be horribly wrong, but everything was really okay--for once. I brought Ramiele back to the house and was planning to give her a bath and put her to bed. But when I opened the door to the apartment, I found my boyfriend standing in my kitchen with balloons and a cake. "Happy birthday Courtney!" I ran over and gave him a giant hug. I forgot all about my birthday. Things have been so hectic with Ramiele that I didn't have time to think about it. I talked to my boyfriend for a while and told him about Ramiele's doctors appointment. He told me not to worry and that I should enjoy my birthday. So I thought of a wish.... And blew out the candles. Ramiele looked up at my new appearence and smiled, "Mama, you look so pretty." I looked back down at her and said, "Thank you honey, thats so sweet." A while later, my boyfriend left and i put Ramiele to bed. I went into the bathroom to take a shower when I heard something. It was the sound of a window breaking! My apartment's window!
