Thank you to all for your lovely support and for all the great CC! Here she was, back at the place she was growing up! Her father had called and ask her to come, she didn't want to but she was the only one left, her mom died a year ago and her brother was never found after the car accident four years ago! Her dad said it was important, he was ill, very ill indeed! Tina looked at the place, took a deep breath in, she could smell the sea, the horses! She was happy in the town she was living now, had a great job. She really didn't wanted to come back here, live here with the horses, the bad memories! Tina: Hi dad! How are you?
Dad: Tina, my girl! At last you back! I need you here, I don't feel well.
Tina: Hey, it can't be surely be that bad? Dad: Oh, Tina! I'm afrait it is! I'm going to die and I want you to know everything till I'm gone.
Tina: But I don't want Horseland! Why don't you sell it!
Dad: Because it's yours! You grow up here, you was happy here. You owe me that much. I'm sure you do fine and you will love this place! He didn't look healthy, did he. Tina looked at her dad, how could she make him understand? Yes, she was happy here ones but that was long ago, before that horse got mad! Now she was afrait of horses! She knew it only was because of that man, he was horrible to the poor horse and everytime that horse saw something red, it got mad and she fall of it, back then, unlucky it near a fence and she hurt herself badly. She never got near a horse after that! The next morning she tryed again to speack with her dad but he never understud her! He couldn't understand that she could be happy doing something else, somewhere else! So she decided that she didn't say anything anymore and sell the place when he's gone! She called her work and told them, lucky for her she still had so many days left on her hollyday-account! After only six weeks her Dad die! She was sad, angry, relieved, worried, happy, and all at the same time! Why did he have to die that soon, she wasn't ready for it jet! Now it was all hers! After the funeral, she got all sad, it all sang into her, now she was alone, no aunt or uncle, all alone! She couldn't sell it straight away, that wouldn't be right but after a view month it would be ok! Tina talked to the farm help, Greg. He was nice and understanding, they would do it together, till someone would by the place! A customer was overhearing that and said: You such a lucky girl, don't sell the place!
Tina turned around! What did he know, nothing! How dare he stick his nose into her buissness! Tina: Sorry but I don't think that is any of your buisness! Man: Sorry, miss! My name is Terry Westwood, from the Westwood Ranch, we buying this horse. I didn't mean to listen but I would be happy to own such a great place, you don't have to struggle, you well off! Tina: If you like this place so much, why don't you buy it? Terry: I'm not having enough money! But I could help you running this place, if you like and don't sell it. Tina: I'm afrait of horses! I don't want to be here! Why should I keep it? Well since that day Terry came every day. Trying to get her not to sell the place. Why? I think he fall for her! After some time, she told him what happend all these years back and from that moment on Terry tryed everything to get her back on a horse! Terry: Hey, I promise you, you will love it, you get the nicest horse and I will be with you, always, I promise! Tina: I'm not sure! Well he didn't give up and so she got fed up with it and promiced to try! So, now she sad on that horse, after that long and it did feel good, she still was scared but it did feel good!From then on she got every day longer on a horse and soon she lost her fear! Tina loved it when Terry was around her, she felt safe and warm. Was she falling in love with him? Yes, she was! She had that funny feeling in her stomach everytime she saw him and couldn't stop thinking about him! She forgot about selling the place and as a friend of hers called, she decided to give up her live in the town, to move here with all of her heart and stuff! One day, Tina and Terry were talking as suddenly a man came and just sit down. Tina lost all her colour out her face! Tina: I, I thought you were dead!
Man: No, little sister, I'm not as you can see!
It was Alex, her brother! Tina: Were were you? Alex: in Strangetown! I was fed up with Dad, this place! I wasn't allowed to do what I wanted! Now he's dead, so I came back, you can go back and live your life and I run the farm! It belongs to me, I'm older! Tina: Yes, you are older but Dad gave it all to me and I'm not going to leave here, you can stay, yes but it's not your place, we can run it together or not at all!
Alex: Fair enough! You right, it wasn't nice to play dead, I gess! And so she got her brother back. She was happy, her brother back and a lovely man on her site! Well she hoped, he would be interessted in her! Oh, look at that! He say's bye to her to day's later! I would say he does feel the same for her! Wouldn't you? Tina was on cloud 7! Yes, he loves her! From then on he was even more with her, if that was posible! Suddenly they heard some noises and they parted. What was that? Sheep? On Horseland? Yes! Alex got them, he always wanted a sheep-farm! Tina tryed to explain that they run a hore place, no sheep! But it endet with a fight! So Terry got between them! Hey, sweety! Why don't you let have him a view, the farm is big and he could use the land not that close to the stables! And Alex, you don't get to many, say just 300! Can you both live with that?
They looked at each other and nodded, yes that was ok! The two men got very well along. Tina whatched them and thought: I love him! Yes, I really do! She left the two talking and... ....went into the garden, her favorit place! She thought about her life, the men she had before, all of them wasn't good for her, that sounds like she had many, no she didn't! But now she felt he was the right one, she felt at home and complete! Yes she was happy, very happy! In that moment Terry came looking for her! Terry: here you are, I was looking for you! Tina: Sorry, I had to think. Terry: About? Tina: us! This place! My live! Terry: You not leaving, are you? I love you, you have to stay here, I don't know what I would do without you! Tina smiled, she was waiting for these words for a bit now! Tina: No, I stay here, forever! With you, if you like! Terry: I do. And with that he kissed her passionately! After that kiss, he took her hand and they went into the kitchen. Terry: I have to tell you something, I should long ago but I was to afraight! I.....have a ......daughter. I was married but my wife died some years back. My Mom helps me a lot with Sam. I want to be with you but you would get Sam as well! I'm sorry, I should realy told you before. Tina: A.... daughter? How old? Can I meet her? Will she accept us, will she like me? Terry: You not mind? I'm sure you two get along very well! I could go and get her, if you like! And so he went to get her, she was a bit shy,Tina as well, she wasn't sure about this, could she like her? Be friends or more be some kind of mother for her? Tina got up and said hello. Girl: Hello, I'm Sam, nice to meet you! Dad was right you look nice! Is this all yours? Even the pool? Can I swim in it and see all the horses, I love them, you know! Well she didn't stop talking for a bit and Tina tryed her best to get the answers in between! They got on well, Terry was happy, he was so afrait of that moment! After hours has past it was time for her to go to bed, so they said night to each other, Sam gave Tina a big hug and didn't want to leave. Yes that made Terry happy, very happy! After a view month, Sam and Terry moved in! Everything was going so well! And so Terry decidet it was time to make it final, to show her how much he loved her and to spend the rest of their lives together! Terry: Tina, I never whant to be without you, I love you! Please marry me! Tina: Do what? No! Hehe, yes of course I will marry you, I love you! And so they got married the next summer! She had found her love where she never expected it! And she finaly was happy, truly happy!
