Modernity and rocks. Has a garage for 2, good for at most 5 people. A lake at the back, an indoor pool, indirect garden, waiting area, master suite, pond, veranda. Not much really, but it would astound you. Has a T on top for Tavern. Coincidence or simply design? You decide. The words Modern and Tavern just came into my mind for some reason. Anyway, just enjoy!

This may have some CC, but IS BASE GAME COMPATIBLE. Just download the house and install through launcher. The CC used already comes with the house. It will appear as is, wether you have expansion packs or none.
BTW, it works best if SIMTOPIA(world) is installed.
