Welcome to the 4th part of Drama In Pleasantview! This is Cassandra's final chapter (I think, unless I get another idea for her lol) If you have not read the first three, please do that now :) And thank you to everyone who has been following this story thus far.

Welcome to the 4th part of Drama In Pleasantview! This is Cassandra's final chapter (I think, unless I get another idea for her lol) If you have not read the first three, please do that now :) And thank you to everyone who has been following this story thus far. There was nothing that Don could do about the baby until its birth. So the next couple of months went by quietly. We lived our lives and spent time together. Even Sunny and Tanner came to love me. We have a lot of fun together. A few mornings ago, Darren suprised me at breakfast with an engagement ring. I was shocked! And a little scared. My divorce to Don had to be finalized before Darren and I could move foward. Of course I said yes! Later on that same day, our baby boy decided to make his entrance into the world. The labor was long and horrible. But he was worth all the pain in the end. I was the proudest mother! And Darren fell in love with him the moment he was laid into his arms. Chiko Lothario was one loved little boy. The only unfortunate thing about his birth was that it was now time for court. Before leaving, I spent time with Chiko. I made sure to cuddle him several times. For all I knew, Don would get custody of my baby. I sure hoped not. Darren and I spent the last few minutes before court playing with Chiko. Darren loves that boy like he was his own. He is hoping that we get custody of him full time. I know that Don will at least get visitation, but I hope that is all he gets! Court was stressful. My Dad and Nina came for emotional support, and to testify on my behalf and against Don and Dina. Then Tanner, Sunny and Dirk were there to testify to my parenting if they were needed to. Don was the first to have to testify. Since I was representing myself, I got to question him. I tore him to pieces. Can you believe he tried to say that I had been unfaithful to him with Darren? I was shocked. But when he called his private detective, I made him regret it. The private detective had found nothing on me. Plus the judge asked if he wanted to demand for a DNA test on the baby in the light of the possible affair with Darren and he said no. Of course, he didn't want to take the chance that the baby would not be his. Then what would he do? Next up was Dina. It was easy to discount her. She was pregnant with a baby that was supposedly my fathers and there was question to her motives. I made her out to be the gold-digging witch she is. In the end, she got angry and blew up. Pregnant women are the easiest to get to blow up. Once this happens, they are no longer credible. Then it was my turn. After seeing what Don was defending with, I had no worries. I called Nina up first. She was the best witness for me because she was not only Dina's sister, but she had admitted to having an affair with Don while we were dating. So that just further set up the whole case in my favor. After I called my witnesses, the judge called Don and I to the front of the court room. He stated that he would be granting our divorce on the grounds of infidelity on behalf of Don Lothario. After that, he turned to me and stated that custody of Chiko Lothario would be granted to me and that Don would get weekend visitations. He also ordered that Don pay child support. Victory is mine! I was so excited that I ran and jumped into Darren's arms. It was the best moment of my life. I guess Dad said something to Dina that wasn't so nice because the next thing I knew, she hit him. Unfortunately for her, the judge was watching and ordered her to leave the courtroom. That would be fresh on his mind for the custody case that would be coming up soon for my father and Dina. After the trial, I went home and held my baby boy. I never wanted to let him go again. But I knew that in a few days, Don would have him for the weekend. I only hope that Don has a small clue as to what he needs to do with his son. Stay tuned for part 5 when Nina and Mortimer welcome twins into the world. Also court was looming over the fate of Dina's baby. Mortimer would be taking Dina to court soon to demand DNA testing. Whose baby is Dina actually carrying? We will all know the answers to that in the next part...stay tuned!!
