I'd like to help but "didn't work" doesn't tell me a whole lot- no one else has reported any trouble. I see you had a problem with an item from Atwa also? Are you downloading the items to C:/My Documents/EA Games/Sims 2/Downloads? Are you downloading the required mesh files? Are you verifying that you have any EPs required for the items you are downloading?
You'll find the we (the creators and artists) are generally quite helpful but we really need more to go on. If you like you can also PM me and I'll help if I can.
