Using DeviantArt ART..

I feel the need to address this issue..

bc several young ppl have left me comments on this...

To Clarify my position on uploading paintings which use art from Deviant Art artists..

my stand is this..

i Often Use Wallpaper from free wallpaper sites bc it makes Excellent paintings ...

it does happen that some of the free wallpapers are from Deviant artists...

it also happens that artists names are not usually given on free wallpaper sites...

so until it is brought to my attention i will not Know who the artist is....

occasionally i will be able to see the artists name in the wallpaper link itself...

i always look for it...and if its there..

i give credit to the specific deviantart artist..

also.. i sometimes use top covers from jigsaw puzzles...yup thats right ..puzzles...

and book or magazine covers...

and Posters...

the fact is... some of these are created from deviant artists work..

in the case of puzzles,magazine covers,posters or books..the artists name is usually available....

and All of the Above are Fair Game for sims paintings....

Furthermore...

something Everyone needs to take note of..

Famous or On the Rise Famous Artists are Also on Deviant..

it is not just the small time artists anymore...

big time artists are also there now....

i am Not going to ask a famous artist for permission to use their work...

Just bc they are on Deviantart..

so do not hold your breathe on that....

i have not encountered One Single Artist complaining to me...

i have only had Thanx from artists....

the ppl who have left me negative comments...

are Not the artists themselves..

they are just random ppl who are here to dl items for their sims games...

and for some reason think it is their duty to Inform me that i am somehow

violating someone....

and that my character as a human being is less than desirable....

Just for the record..

i do Not go to the Deviantart Site and start browsing artists...

collecting from their galleries and then stealing their art..

it is Not like that...

and i do Not Appreciate when some Downloaders imply i am a thief...

or that i am doing such a thing..

bc i am not..

if i were...

the paintings i was uploading would be sets and sets from deviant artists

with no permission or artist stated...

it is Important to realize..

that as deviantart evolves..

practicallly All artists will be on deviant...

That is what is happening in the past couple of years...

i do Not Appreciate Petty comments...

Telling me to ask for permission 

OR

Telling me i am a thief....

these comments serve no purpose...

i follow the Same rules all the others follow here at TSR..

Also..no artist is being legally violated by having their art on TSR...

no money is being exchanged..

all my paintings are free to members and non members....

if an Artist does not want their art here on TSR...

all they have to do is contact TSR 

and TSR is Respectful of All requests and will comply with the artists wishes..

any comments of this nature and concerning deviantart...

which are left on my uploaded paintings...

will be Deleted by me...

i Delete All Petty comments i encounter...
