The icon looks like 6 little bodies, if you click on this, all of your full custom sims will be there!

If you select one of these then go to step 2 in the creation steps (the number 2 button) it will have the fully-custom sim there. Click on this and your sim will be there for you! I had to ask this question as well when I started playing sims, so I hope this helps you!
