Is a gorgeous large modern house, with pretty gardens, a pool and jacuzzi.
Outside Layout:
-Single garage
-Pool and beautiful fountains, with palm trees and shrubs and a jacuzzi
-Patio area with babeque and sun loungers, steps leading to sunroom.
Downstairs Layout:
-Entrance hall, with marble flooring, telephone and seat, and an easel for painting.
-Single Bedroom
-Kitchen, 2 seat breakfast bar, a washing machine and dryer
-Small bathroom
-Large diningroom, with a bar, 2 archway's leading into a relax room with a mermaid in a rock aquarium.
-A large livingroom, a fireplace, chess table and computer area.
Upstairs Layout:
-2 double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms
-3 single bedrooms, one being a gym. The first single bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
-Master bedroom has a large aquarium window.
Note:
Some paintings were done by a Sim, and they are included with this house.
