I reported the problem and today everithing seems to be working fine, if you still intend to download it. I use Mozilla Firefox, and before I also experienced the problems with security issues. However, make sure to use right-click and "save target as" option rather that left-click one, as it seems to be more dependable. However, if you still find problems downloading it, please report it using the yellow triangle bellow the set description. A small blue window will appear where you can leave the message with description of the problem, but can also leave it blank and simply click submit.
