Sorry for the delay. Please read the previous parts to understand what has occurred so far. I hope you enjoy. Please leave your comments, suggestions, and opinions after reading.
Melonye spent the rest of the night cleaning the house from top to bottom in an attempt to distract her mind from thinking about Him. Thankfully the next day was Saturday and she was not expected at the office. She got the girls ready and fed then dropped Brianna at her ballet class and Bianca at her basketball practice. Afterwards she stopped at the cemetery. It had been awhile since she visited. She walked to His grave stone and stood there. (In loving memory of William Lawson...) Although years had passed now, the pain and grief remained. She missed him so much. After his death, the nightmares began to come. As time went on the nightmares came less often. Now they came less frequent, generally they came when she was missing him the most. She stood there crying at his grave until it began to rain. She left and made her way home... [Previously: Tiffany opened her own salon and business was beginning to pick up. One day a stranger stopped by aqcuiring about her husband...]
Tiffy: May I ask what you want with my husband?"
Stranger: "This matter only concerns him."
Tiffy: "I'm his wife, so any business concerning him, concerns me as well," snapped Tiffany
Stranger: "Like I said, this matter concerns... him. I'd rather talk to him about it first."
Tiffy: "Well unless you tell me what business you have with my husband, I'm not telling you his whereabouts. Now I suggest you leave my place of business unless you want your hair done."
Stranger: "This matter is unfinished. I shall return." Tiffany watched as the young lady left. She couldn't understand what business this woman thought she had with her husband. Coming into her shop all unprofessional. She was going to get to the bottom of this and find out who this woman was.... [Previously: Janette recieved a phone call about meeting with a modeling agency. Perfect reason for a shopping spree....]
Janette awoke the next morning still excited from the phone call from the modeling agency. She was hoping that this time her big break would come. She had been called by other agencies before, but this time she felt that this was the one (she hoped). After showering, dressing, and having breakfast, she began her day of shopping. She love this time, because buying clothes soothed and relaxed her. She knew she was going to have to call her father before he saw this months credit card bill. She'd just have to explain that she didn't expect to spend this much, but she also didn't expect to be called into the modeling agency. He'll understand, she resurred herself. For the time being, she did not worry. Her main focus was finding something nice, fitting, and flattering to wear to the agency.... [Previously: Olivia latest visit to her mother's retirement home had her worried about her mother's health...] Her stubborn mother refused to take her concerns seriously and go to see a doctor..."
Olivia woke the next morning with her mother still on her mind. She needed knew that she was probably worrying for nothing, but needed some reassurance. After showering, dressing, and having breakfast, she decided to phone her mother's doctor. Olivia: "Hello? May I please speak with Dr. Silverspoon."
Receptionist: "One moment please."
Olivia: "No problem."
Doctor: "This is Dr. Silverspoon, how may I be of assistance."
Olivia: "Hello Dr. Silverspoon. I am Olivia Albright, daughter of Carmen Albright. I am calling in regards to my mother. I am concerned about her health, but she refuses to come in and get a check-up. She's lost a bit of weight, been very tired, and not feeling well lately. I was wondering if you could call her and suggest she come in to be seen by you" Doctor:"I'll call her to check in and see what I can do. Thanks for phoning me."
Olivia: "No, thank you for all your help." Olivia hung up the phone feeling slightly better. Hopefully her stubborn mother will agree to come in and get a check up... That night the four bestfriends four-wayed each other to update each other on what was going on currently in their lives....
Mel: I guess I'll start the update. Yesterday when I went to pick up the girls from my mother's house, she began talking to me about how she doesn't understand why I work so hard, etc. Then she started to bring Him up. She didn't even mention his name, but it was enough for me to have nightmares last night. It was so bad I couldn't even sleep. I had a break-down and couldn't help but visit his grave today. I miss my older brother so much. It has been years now and I still miss my best friend, my older brother...
Olivia, Tiffany, and Janette understood Melonye's pain. Melonye had been dealing with the tragic loss of her older brother ever since they met her. All they could do was listen and comfort their friend during these times. They wished that they could erase Melonye's pain, but couldn't. Once Melonye had released her emotions and feeling slightly better after the reassurance from her friend that everything would be okay, the updates continued.
Tiffy: I guess I can go next. Today a stranger came into the shop acquiring about where she could find my husband. When I asked her what her business was, she told me that she wanted to talk to him first. I have a bad feeling about this woman. She came to my shop dressed unprofessionally and all. I get a bad vibe from her...
Olivia: I'm sure it's nothing Tiffy. Sean loves and adores you, I doubt he would cheat on you.
Tiffy: You never know...
Mel: I agree with Olivia. Sean love and adores you and Aaliyah. I'm sure he wouldn't jeapordize it all. She could be a friend from back in the day.
Tiffy: I'm going to find out who she is and what she wants with my husband.
Janette: Just promise us you won't do nothing crazy. We don't want to have to come bail you out of jail. Keep your gaurds up, but also keep your wits about you.
Olivia went next with the update.
Olivia: Today's updates are on the sad side, and I hate to continue the sober mood, but I'm really worried about my mom. She's being stubborn and refuses to go see her doctor for a check-up. She's lost a bit of weight and she's been tired lately. I had to go behind her back and call her doctor today and beg him to call her and try to get her to come in. I just want to know that she's healthy and that everything is okay.
Mel: My mother hates going to the doctors and swears up and down that she's as healthy as ever. I have to literally drag her to see her doctor.
Tiffy: I'm sure everything is fine with your mom. Those all just sound like symptoms of getting wiser.
Janette: I say if she continues to be stubborn, you call up the doctor and make an appointment. Then tell her you're taking her out, and next thing she knows is she is at her doctor's office.
Olivia laughed. Sounds like the perfect plan to me. Lastly Janette shared her good new.
Janette: Guess what last night I got a call from a modeling agency. I'm so excited. Im hoping this is my big break.
They were all excited and spent the rest of the conversation talking about pleasant things before bidding each other farewell and promising to have a ladies day together the following Satuday.... [Background]
Melonye, Tiffany, Janette, and Olivia met each other their freshman year at Sim State. They lived in the same dorm and saw each one only in passing first semester. As they became more involved on campus, they joined many of the same organizations and groups. Janette and Tiffany were the first ones to really become friends. At the time Melonye was more concerned about her twin daughters she had at home with her mother. Olivia was shy and still adjusting to the college scene. As the year progressed, the four of them became close...bonding primary on their lost of love ones and the understanding of the void left after the lost....
