I've been reading a lot about how cold it is over in Europe and such...so I just thought I'd tell you that I am a little envious! It's been so hot here in Australia (Brisbane) and I'm so over it...I really wish we could have some cold weather. We have no air conditioning in our unit either, so there's no way to get cool except by standing under a fan or going somwhere that is air conditioned. Please send some cold weather here!

I feel for you honey! It's hot in Melb too, not too bad today though but it's going to be 36 degrees tomorrow. Just in time for my long weekend thanks to Australia Day! Okay so you can probably half tell that I like the hot weather. But then we have a spa & air-con (seriously not trying to run it in!) to stay cool. 
Try a cold or cool shower, sometimes that can work and they're good for your skin too. lol Don't forget to drink lots of water to stay hydrated.

Actually I don´t remember when we have had the snow just lying for weeks and weeks. The good part of it is that it is freezing, which meens that we see the sun every now and then. Temperatures below the freezing-point gives me the kind of winterweather I like, if I really have to like it at all. But it´s very pretty and bright.
Here in Denmark it´s more common with grey, wet winters where you don´t see the sun for days, and that is horrible.
So just put your head in the fridge and think of ice-flowers on the windows. That might help you a bit
