Hello. I'm Joy Bishop. Welcome to the fourth episode of Design on a Simoleon. Today we will be helping the Keepsake family. Let's take a look.

Hello. I'm Joy Bishop. Welcome to the fourth episode of Design on a Simoleon. Today we will be helping the Keepsake family. Let's take a look. Jne Keepsake was a loving mother of three. She had the perfect life. Perfect children, perfect parents, a perfect job... And a perfect husband. Until one day the grim reaper came for both of them after their death by flies. They left their garbage around too long, but they never thought it would come to this. So grandparents Jesse and Caroline were left with their grandchildren in this small box of a home. The Keepsake family really needs our help. Let's see what this family is all about. This is Chassidy Kaapsake. She is a straight-A student and is nine years old. She misses her parents very much. Especially her father-she was a daddy's girl. This is Orlando. He is eleven years old and was devestated by the loss of his parents. This is Grandpa Jesse. He tries to plead with the grim reaper for his daughter back, but was not successful. This is Grandma Caroline. She is a typical cookie-giving grandma. She is so proud of her grandchildren for coping with the loss of their parents. She loves them dearly and can never bear to see them in pain. Joy: So what would you folks like to see in your new home? Anything in particular?
Caroline: We're noe picky people. Anything besides what we have now would be wonderful.


And with that, they left. Wow. Five people living in this small two bedroom one bathroom home. Talk about cramped! First thing first, we have to fix up this living room and the kitchen. Out goes the furniture. Now on to the paint and floors. That looks better already! That paint makes the space look much bigger. The kitchen is finished and it looks awesome! I love the cabinets. They match the space perfectly! Now for the dining room/living room. We put in stairs also because we are adding a second story to the Keepsake's home. The table is in and now it's time to put in the chairs and decorations. The decorations look great and so do the chairs. In the lving room, we put in two couches, a lamp, a painting, and other decorations. Also a TV on the opposite wall from the couches. Now for this room. This is much to small for Jesse and Caroline, so we are going to make this room Preston's. This looks great! Let's add some pictures. The bathroom is really not good! There's only a tub and a toilet. Where do you wash your hands? We tore out the plumbing. There really needs to be a different color paint and the floor has got to go! This is not a fifty's diner! That look pretty good! What a difference! This is currently the three childrens room. We are going to make this Jesse and Caroline's room so that they are colse to Preston. We put in a classic-looking wallpaper and a nice carpet. I think they are going to like it! Wow! That looks great! Here is the completed downstairs. Now for the upstairs. This is the hallway upstairs. The stairs are in the hallway. We put up the walls and we need to work on the outside of the home now. These winodws look great. The roof looks great! Nice colors! I think the family will like the neutral look. We gave them a van for their big family! These plants just don't match the house. They have got to go! Those loom so much better. I love the flowerless plants. In the backyard, we added some trees and a swingset. The children will love to play out here. We put in some furniture in the upstairs hallway. We also put in a comfy couch. This is the second and last bathroom. It looks great! This is going to be Chassidy's room. I think she'll love her new room. She'll be all to herself! She loves to cook so we gave her an easy-bake oven. I think she'll love her princess room! This is going to be Orlando's room. Orlando's dream is to be in the military like his dad, so we are going to give him an awesome army room! That looks so cool! Orlando will be proud to have such a grown-up looking room. I think I see a lot of sleepovers in this room's future! Now that the home is done, it's time for the family update. I wonder if they like their new home? Orlando LIVES in his new room. His favorite thing to do is jump on his bed. Chassidy loves the swingset. She's on it every chance she can get. I think Jesse likes his new couch. He loves to just lounge around and watch TV. Caroline loves her new room. She relaxes on the bed and sometimes reads a book. I think Preaton likes his new room! Caroline says that she can't get him off of that xylophone! Well, another happy family! I'm Joy Bishop saying, why spend a fortune when you can DESIGN ON A SIMOLEON???

    Great. Do you have open for buisness? Cuz if you do you can make diffrent flower arrangements besides just that one flower in the blue pot that you use all the time. Also I really like your bathrooms. Mine always end up looking boring or cramped.\:D
