Welcome to Episode 4 of Extreme Sim Homemakeover!

Today, we're here in Plesantview with Brandi Broke.
Brandi is a single mother with two children, and expecting her third child. She lives in this nice, country styled home. This is what Brandi wants:

Brandi: I would really like to see a modern style house. When I first purchased this house, I liked the country look, but now, I'm kinda sick of it, and I would really like to see modern. I don't care what is done with the house, I just want modern. Oh, and maybe a nice kitchen with a garden right outside the kitchen.
Brandi and the family takes off so we can begin work. To start, we're going to rip out all this shrubbery. There! That's taken care of! Now we can begin work on redesigning the whole house! Here's the back end of the house. Brandi wants a garden, so the deck is going to have to come off, asap! There! Gone! Before adding in where the garden will go, we are going to expand the backend of the house where the new kitchen is going to be. Then, we're going to attach a small greenhouse for Brandi's new garden to go. Here's where the new kitchen is going to be. Now, to start placing where the greenhouse is going to go! Construction is going well! The new green house walls are up, and it's attached to the main house where the kitchen will be. I think Brandi will love this! Here's the inside from the kitchen. These stairs will lead out into the greenhouse. Right now though, we are going to deal with the inside of the greenhouse. We need to get to work on the rest of the house. Something should be done with the front of the house. It's not very, um, modern looking. Down with the porch! Time to reshape the front. The new porch is moving along nicely. Hopefully this is modern looking for Brandi, but, we're still not done with the front. There. Some roofing over the porch was put in. And, the upstairs front was expanded a bit. After all, Brandi will be having a third child soon, and will need another room! There! The back was also expanded a bit, and also includes a nice little deck off the back, looking into the greenhouse! The downstairs is looking a bit messy, but that will be taken care of very soon. Things are beginning to look up downstairs. All the original walls have been torn out, and the new kitchen has been carved out. A new staircase has been placed too. Work on the roof is going to begin very soon, and it should as the first day of fall has begun. The new roof is installed.

In the past few weeks, a lot of work has been done- the front porch has been reshaped, as well as the whole front of the house. The back deck was ripped out, the back of the house was extended, and a greenhouse was built. Now, the roofing has been finished, and the downstairs is also finished being laid out. Before continuing work on the inside, some of the work on the landscaping is going to be done before winter comes.
Some of the land in the front has been flattened and smoothed out a bit. And, the yard in this spot has been prepared for a nice flower bed. A tree will be installed here too shortly. Now, the back needs some landscaping too. There! Some of the land has been flattened, and a nice new tree has been planted. New doors and windows have been installed downstairs. The windows and layout of the upstairs has been completed. There is a nice large master bedroom and three bedrooms. Now that most of the exterior work is finished, it's time to work on the interior. Crews will be outside putting up new siding while the interior designer takes care of the hard part. Starting in the kitchen, the interior designer has narrored the floor tile selection down to six choices and four choices for the walls. What one will the interior designer pick... She picked the diagonal tiles! That will look nice! Now for the walls... Wow! That looks great! The yellow stucco wall brings in some additional color to the room. The interior designer will finish the rest of the house, but the carpenters will be installing the cabintery at the same time. That looks great! Brandi is going to love it, and what's great is that there is a nice bar for the kids to eat at in the morning while getting ready for school. Let's check in with the interior designer... The living room color scheme is very interesting. The office looks cool too! The downstairs bathroom is going to look awesome too when it's completely finished! The three children's bedrooms look awesome too! And, they're all exactly identical, for now, until they pick out what room they want, and then they can do what they like with it to make them unique. The hardwood in the upstairs hall looks great, and the wall covering is nice and simplistic. Here's the upstairs bathroom. And lastly, here's Brandi's master bedroom. Now that all the interior construction is complete, it's time to start bringing in furniture and installing plumbing. The kitchen is complete. Hopefully they are going to like everything. And, here's the living room. The interior designer has been doing a great job. This living room is nice and modern, just the way Brandi wanted. Brandi's office looks great. It will be the perfect place for her to get work done! The completed downstairs bathroom. The completed children's bedrooms The finished upstairs bathroom And lastly, Brandi's finished master bedroom. Now that all of that is done, we're going to do some work in the greenhouse. The greenhouse looks great! I think Brandi is really going to like this. Brandi and the family has returned to their home. Brandi: Is this my place!? It looks... amazing! It looks so modern! Brandi: Oh my! This is just so amazing! I really can't believe this is my house! It so different compared to what it used to be. I love it! Thanks Extreme Sim Homemakeover! I love everything, and the kids love their rooms too! It's just how I wanted it- modern! And I love the greenhouse! I'm going to spend so much time in there! A few months later... It's spring, and Brandi is enjoying her new greenhouse and garden, and is harvesting her first apples!

Great show! Ps- if you want to get rid of the green diamond above the sims heads just hit control, shift, and c on the keyboard (at the same time), then type in "plumbbobtoggle". When you want it to come back, do the same thing. (just a suggestion)\:\)
