Hi there! And welcome to the first episode of Sim Home Makeover!

Hi there! And welcome to the first episode of Sim Home Makeover! Today, I am at this tiny little place with Kate! We're going to surprise her by telling her we bought more land for her house! Kate: Wow! It's you Sam from TV!

Sam: That's right! We're here to do a Sim Home Makeover!

Kate: Oh wow! I can't believe you've actually come to redo my house!

Sam: And that's not all! We're expanding your property!

Kate: What!? That's awesome! I can't believe this!

Sam: So, you have about 10 minutes to go around and take whatevere belongings you want to keep, and head on over a hotel that we will pay for!

Kate: This is so great! Well, there's so much I want to keep! I want to keep my grandfather clock since that use to belong to my parents, and my teddy bears. Well, that's about all I want to keep. Sam: Okay, Kate. It's time for you to leave now.

Kate: Okay. I can't wait to see what my house will look like. And so Kate goes, anxious to see what her house will look like. Now that Kate is gone, work can begin. The house has been empty. Time to start ripping walls out! Wow! Look at how much room there is not that the back wall is gone! Here's where the house is being expanded. There is still more to be done to the back, and now, the front needs some work. Expansion continues, but now in the front. And in the back as well. Well, it's time to work on the interior stuff now. The entrance door needs to be relocated, and the windows from the old parts of the house need to be removed. Wowie! Look at that new entrance! The rooms are being divided up now. The floor plan is finished, but there is still a lot more work left to be done! Wow! Look at how much work has progressed! I think Kate is going to be very happy! The windows are all installed, and a nice walk way has been installed. The back patio has been installed finally! The interior of the house is almost finished! It's looking so great! The bedroom is finished finally! And so is the large living room And the kitchen too! Here is the rest of the interior. All that is left is the landscaping. And the house is completed! Well, except for Kate's stuff which I shall put in the house now. Kate's stuff has it's own little niche. And here comes Kate! Kate: Oh wow! I absolutely love it! It's so beautiful! Kate: This house is absoultely great! I love it! I appreciate all the hard work you put into it this past week!

Sam: Well, I'm glad you like, and I hope you are happy here.
