Welcome to TSR.   You upload the pets as a single batch item.  If it says "wrong file type" then what I do is I take the cleanpack file & use winzip to "add to file" & I then name it the name of the pet but just slightly different than the name of the clean pack pet file.  You then upload the WinZip version, when people download your pets they'll get a Zip file with the clean pak file inside of it.   Best of luck.
