Description
This house is really simple and cozy. It was inspired by the needs of the Sims I've created who've resided in the house for a short period of time.

There are two bedrooms in the house. The first is the master bedroom which is separated from a study by a half-wall. The dad was a scientist, which explains the makeshift science laboratory in the room. I probably didn't do a good job designing the room.. I turned out dingy and gloomy.. But you can do whatever you want with it when you download it! :)

The second room is a room for my teenager who is girly and young. Hence, the room is bright and flowery with a bunk bed for her sleepover parties. Well.. she didn't really hold any parties. In fact, her entire family was evicted right after the furniture were purchased!

Also, right outside the bedrooms (both on the 2nd floor) is a living area with a TV and some comfy looking couches for sims to chill and relax during the weekend when they have their friends over.

The entire first floor is a kitchen and should you walk out through the backdoor, you'll come to the backyard where there's an underground pool. Well.. frankly the pool didn't look as nice as I've visualized in my mind but fill free to edit it anyway you want..

The house is actually really small and after building it, I realized that I have an awkward looking space on the right. So.. IT'S POND TIME!

Some items require Late night, generations and High End Loft stuff. I'll try to use things from the base game so that it will turn out okay if you only possess that..
