Aww, well at least you gave it a shot. I kind of felt the same way about Sims 3 once I started, but once I gave it another chance again, I've been finding things that I really enjoy it about it now. However, I am still playing Sims 2 to find some balance. I think the Sims 3 will be much more enjoyable with added expansions pack.

Hi Topaz,  I read your blog and felt compelled to write to you. It does my heart so much good to hear that others are staying with Sims 2.      My granddaughter wanted the Sims 3, so we purchased it for her.  I have played it several times, and I just can not get interested in it.  She is having a hard time playing it too!  It doesn't have the same feel as Sims 2, which I realize it is a different game.  I love the custom content from this website and my custom neighborhoods.  I love pets and love taking screen shots of all my pets.  I appreciate ALL of the wonderful people who have created custom content and those who will continue to do so for our Sims 2 game.  Thanks, Kathy
