Welcome to a Family Affair part 2, I seriously recommend you read part 1 if you haven't or you will not understand the story.

Thanks to all the kind comments left on my last chapter and I hope you enjoy this one. "Hi, remember me, Tina? Well it is about a year since you left me so I will go back and fill you in. You left me on the evening of my proposal" Well of course Tina said yes, how could she not she believed in true love, she wanted to be happy and she diserved to be.
That was a great night and the happy couple celebrated all night. About two months later, Tina and Freddie were having dinner again. Freddie loved to treat his wife-to-be to great food and wine. And tonight was a special night.
"Here's to my beautiful fiance! We are now free to get married and I have a suprise for you" Toasted Freddie.
Yes, Tina had finally got rid of her husband, she was free to marry Freddie. She was sad that her 1st marrage had not worked but Freddie was very supportive and helped her though it all.
"Oh, what is that honey?" she asked with a smile.
"Well I hope you don't mind but I have set the date for the wedding, next saturday, here and I can't wait"
"Mind? I don't mind this is going to be the best thing that ever happened to me" They spent the night celebrating the fact they were going to be married. Tina went to buy clothes and accessories for the wedding. She wasn't annoyed that it was so soon, afterall she has already had one wedding and she was actually enjoying all the supprises! It came to the wedding day and Freddie had forgotten to hire a bar tender.
"So you can come for the whole day today? How much will that be?" Freddie asked the bar tender "...I know it is short notice, I don't mind paying extra, this is important" Meanwhile Tina was getting ready. She looked at herself in the mirror.
"This is going to be perfect, this is the man I am meant for" she said to herself. She wasn't really reassuring herself, she knew she loved Freddie but she couldn't help but think of Jeffery and all she had been through with him. She'd really loved him and didn't understand where it had all started going wrong. "Look, you are happy now, it is time to live for the future and live for your happiness" she reaffirmed Walking towards Freddie, Tina realised that this WAS ideal.
"I love him" she thought, she had a warm glowing feeling envelop her that she had never felt before. "Tina, you are a beutiful, sexy, wonderful woman. You have made me the happiest man alive. I will spend the rest of my life trying to make you as happy as you have made me. I will love you and protect you. Tina, I love you"
Tina, was blown away by Freddie's vows but she managed to say hers and they were formally pronounced husband and wife. "You may kiss!"
And kiss they did, as they did Tina felt like she had been reborn. All the guests celebrated and toasted the happy couple. It was a perfect day. Until suddenly Jeffery turned up. He had found out about the wedding and was not pleased. He attacked Freddie. Freddie didn't know what hit him, he didn't like fighting and almost didn't know what to do. Tina screamed and crowered away as Jeffery was overpowering Freddie. Freddie manages to run away but Jeffery followed and managed to pull a gun. Jeffery laughed as Death stood over Freddie.
"No!" Tina cried out "you can't take him, no there must be something we can do"
Tina was confused, everything had happened so fast she didn't know what to think, what to do, anything. "No!" she cried.
Jeffery had ruined her life again. How had he managed to do it?
"Freddie, I love you what am I going to do without you? This was meant to be the beginning of our new life" Tina simply broke down, she couldn't do anything. She spent most of the time lying on bed in her dirty PJs. She couldn't cope with anything.
"Why, Why, why my Freddie?" she kept asking. Of course there was no reply, there was no answer. If she wasn't crying she was crazy. Jeffery had disappeared and managed to get away with murder, litterally!
"If I ever meet him again" she said out loud. "How did I ever love that man? How could he wreck my whole life?" She spent a lot of time starring at the stars, dreaming of what used to be. Freddie's dog was not getting much attention but he tried to pull Tina out of it, he tried to stay close to her, he had loved his master too. "I can't cope with this, I can't go on" she shouted often. Tina had been neglecting herself, she'd not been eating properly, she'd not been feeling well all she fixated on was how Freddie was dead. It can as a total supprise when she started to grow fatter, but it was confirmed by the doctor on bright morning that she was pregnant.
"I'm not sure that I can do this?" Tina thought to herself. She had always wanted a child but how would she cope on her own. This child's father was dead and it was her fault, her ex had killed her dear dear Freddie. "I'm so sorry" Tina knew that she had to pull herself together, she had to be strong so this baby had the best start in life. She wasn't going to let Jeffery ruin her life anymore. She cleaned herself up and stood looking in the mirror.
"This baby is the start of a new chapter, Freddie I love you and you are right I have to live my life I can't continue to neglect myself, life and now this baby" she said to her reflection. She often talked to Freddie, she found it conforting. It was time to take Bobby (Freddie's dog to the park). Tina felt bad she had not been taking proper care of Bobby, particularly as Freddie had loved him so much.
So they drove down to the sculpture park. This was the best idea she could have had. She never knew that having a dog could make her meet so many people. She met some every nice people and was beginning to make some friends for the first time since she had married Jeffery all those years ago. She talked with Malcolm for hours. He was a bright upstart and was so energetic about life. She hung out with Malcolm and his friends, Ashlee and Margret. She had never just hung out with people for years.
This was what she needed she decided. I just need friends to help her through. Tina started inviting her new friend Ashley round. It was just so easy with her. They would talk for hours and Tina could talk to her about everything. She told her all about Freddie and of course Jeffery and Ashlee helped her through it and was so supportive.
"Oh so Freddie was an artist?" Ashlee asked
"Well he used to paint, I still have one of his unfinished works on the easle on the veranda" Tina replied. "What should I do with it?"
"Keep it of course, you need it then keep it. It's ok to hold onto thing TIna." They would hang out for ages, Tina had never had friends like this. Ashlee introduced Tina to new people too. Just as she was saying good night to her friends one evening, Jeffery walk past. So cool, so calm. "What the hell are you doing here? How dare you? How dare you even be alive!" Tina yelled at Jeffery. "You should be in prison"
"Do I look like I care?" Jeffery talked as if nothing had happened.
"AArrrgggghhh" Tina ran to call the police but Jeffery walked off. She realised then that he probably baught his freedom. He was a very powerful man afterall. She spent the next few days mourning for Freddie again. She felt like it was all her fault.
Malcolm popped round that day. He had heard from Ashlee that Jeffery had been here and he was worried about his friend.
"Hi" Tina tried to say with a smile "what are you doing here?"
"Can't I pop over to see my mate?" Tina guessed he'd heard but she was glad he pretended he'd just come over on a whim. Malcolm was so sweet and kind. "How's the baby? You're due soon aren't you?"
"Yes, another two weeks. To be honest I am so tired and achey. I'm really scared about the next bit but I will be glad to not be pregnant."
"Here I'll give you a back rub maybe that will help you relax" Suddenly Jeffery kissed her.
"What is he doing?" Tina thought. It was only a peck so maybe he was only being friendly. But she couldn't help but cry. She felt like she was cheating on Freddie.
"Oh Tina, I'm sorry, I didn't mean anything. I was just trying to comfort you and make you happy" Malcolm said. "Come on cheer up. You know I am just here for you and this little one" Malcolm said rubbing Tina's big belly.
"Your right, I'm sorry, I know it didn't mean anything it was only a friendly peck. It's just hard, I don't know what I am going to do or how I will cope"
Malcolm spent the rest of the day taking care of Tina and reassuring her. He didn't know what to fo or how he could help he but he just felt he had to be there for her. Malcolm was about to leave.
"Just let me know if there is anything you need me to do, you know I will be here for you" Malcolm told her "you will not be alone, I know Ashlee wants to help out too. She loves babies you know, through that rough party exterior!"
"Yes, thanks" Tina chuckled "Aarrggh"
"What, what is it?" Malcolm asked
"I'm having contractions. The baby is coming, help what am I going to do? It's early! Help" Malcolm was great, he got Tina inside and tried to make her comfortable and keep her calm. Before she knew it she had a little baby boy in her arms. The doctor came round as soon as he could and checked the baby over.
"He's fine and so are you. I know he's early but I see no reason to put you in hospital" the doctor told her.
"Hello Fred" Tina said as she looked into her tiny baby's eyes. She had a tear in her eye.
She got freshened up and Malcolm made her some food. He was being very kind and helping Tina out but she needed to be on her own "It's ok Malcolm you can go now".
"Are you sure?" Malcolm asked. It was late and he was tired. He didn't want to leave her but he knew she also needed to do this for herself.
"Yes, please I need to do this"
As he left she put Fred in his new cot. And she began to cry. She just needed to let it all out. "Oh Freddie, a part of you is living on in this baby boy. I love you so much and wish you could be here with me"
A voice in her head told her she could do this, she was strong. And she picked up the phone to dial the number for her new life as a mother.
