Harlequin may be short in stature, but is long on style, and is perfect for those who want full functionality, and elegance in their homes, without the huge price tag that normally goes with it.
This home features three levels of luxurious living, perfectly furnished and decorated, with high quality materials.
Ground floor includes two stunning double bedrooms, each with own bathroom. Both bedrooms also feature wonderfully relaxing external views. One of the glorious rockery pool, the other of a small bamboo garden. There is also a large, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and dining table, a half bathroom and a small intimate T.v. room for relaxng and watching your favorite movie.

Up the spiral starcase in this room and you enter the games room. Here you will find a weight machine, fooseball table, shuffleboard table, dart board and drinks cabinet. There is also a quiet corner where you can relax and get your breath back after all that activity. Through the door and you come to the swimming pool area. Glass walls around the pool area give unobstructed views, comfortable loungers provide a place to sunbake in comfort, and there is no need to worry about the neighbourhood kids getting into your pool. The only access is thru the house.
Inside and out features high quality polished timber floors, perfect for asthma sufferers, with quality rugs to keep toes warm on those cooler nights. Exterior has plenty of garden lighting and agave plants provide a low maintenance garden. This home is star quality but at a bargain basement price.
