A free version,This is the same two bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3 floor residence, but without the object that made the previous version a subscriber file. My apologies for my mistake.
Features include games room on third floor. Two deck areas, one with bar.b.queue facilities. the other with gym equipment and artists easel. Both decks give spectacular views of both the neighbouring park and the ocean.
First floor features fully equipped kitchen, elegant dining area and sumptious lounge, complete with latest sound system and big screen television.

Up the stairs to the second level and here there are two double bedrooms complete with own bathrooms. A spacious office area with access to a small private patio, complete with a small table and two deck chairs, is to be found here too. This level has access to the bar.b.queue area.
Up another flight of stairs and you are in the games room. With two football tables, a piano, a fourth bathroom and a chess table. There is a trampoline in the back yard for those fitter Sims.
This property also has a single car garage, and stunning landscaped front gardens. Low maintenance and well looked after, this home is perfect in every way.
