This charming rust colored brick residence has everything the modern Sim could want.
Be it a couple who has friends who come to stay, or that family with the teenage kids. Even the newly wedded couple who plan to expand their family in the future.
With two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms, there is no shortage of sleeping areas.
There are 2 bathrooms. The bigger one is accessible either from the main house area or from a connecting door in the main bedroom.
The other smaller bathroom is actually an ensuite to one of the single bedrooms.

There is a lovely living room, complete with grand piano, chess table, and a fireplace.
The Kitchen area has plenty of cupboard and bench space, and is fitted with all modern conveniences. A lovely country style kitchen table features in the dining area.
There is an office / study. Perfect for the Sim working from home, or as a quiet area for the kids to study and do their homework.
Outside is a delightful paved entertaining area, complete with swing chairs and a b.b.que.
Old fashioned hydrangeas and azaleas form the front garden and the magnificent pine trees are what gave this property its name.

This property offers plenty to the discerning Sim, but is priced very low in comparison.
