I'm acutally still waiting for the same.  Thomas was kind enough to give me 2 days over the weekend but it is still showing up as subscribe now.  I paid for a 6 month membership and have been able to use 2 days lol.  Paypal is really frustrating me right now.  Yes logged out and cleared out the cache (I do this on a regular basis).
