There's a second version of the patch out for Apartment Life. Among the fixes is a return to expensive for the “You Got Feets Bathtub” whose value is now consistent with other tubs in its class, the Neighborhood Decoration Building (Tall Circular version) thumbnail now matches the building being placed and our Elderly Sims now get the chance to watch TV while lounging around on the couch.

You can find the patch here.

Be aware the original patch is now overwritten on the official Sims 2 site with this one. You will only find ONE version of the patch and that is the most up to date one.

I just installed a patch yesterday. It must have been the new one because when I tried to install this one, it said it was already up to date.

I want to know, will this patch stop the townies from spawning like crazy? I've had that problem for a while, so I backed up my downloads and lots, then I deleted my neighborhoods and started all over. I don't want 3,000 characters I don't want ruining my game.
