Now that I've provided a clearer picture
of myself I would like to say that I'm also a very avid Simmer. I'm still a novice in some areas
because I can only play as time permits. One of the features I enjoy the most is the design/build
mode. I love creating houses, lots, neighborhoods, Sims, etc., so, coming across TSR is like
entering a candy store and I'm the kid.
I hope to polish my skills and maybe someday contribute
to the community.

Here is my newest 'Modern Minimalist' lot. Created
with the artist Sim or art loving Sim in mind.
There is a third floor artist studio and gallery
accessible by an outside entrance for added peace
and a potential home business. This is a large
file filled with wonderful CC from some of the
most talented and amazing CC artists; thanks to
