The TSR Wizard Manager is the host of a few applications that have been developed to for use with features of The Sims Resource.

Challenge Wizard
This application is used to record your game progress while playing TSR Challenges, objective based gameplay to expand your Sims 3 experience! Check out the TSR Challenges page for more details.

Story Wizard
A simple to use application which grabs stories from your game and uploads them to TSR, adding them automatically to your TSR Profile and the Stories Database. This process can now also be done using My TSR directly on the website.

File Upload Wizard
If you submit lots of creations to The Sims Resource this wizard will let you quickly and easily batch upload files to your submission storage area. From there you can pick them to assign to creations while you submit.


The Wizard on PC
This Wizard requires the .NET Framework v2.0 to run on your PC. You may already have this installed but if not, the Installer will arrange it for you.

The Wizard on Mac
The Wizard Manager can be run on Macintosh using one of the following emulators: Virtual PC | Mono | Paralells

I figured it out. If you have CA internet security this is what you have to do:

1) Open CA Firewall
2) Go to the Email section
3) Go the Email attachements tab
4) Double click on the .zip extention
5) UNCHECK the box that says "Quarantine all matching files"

Note: if you are reading this after you tried to install the wizard you will have to delete the file and then redownload. I have done that and it does work.

Hi I need help, I'm running windows 7 but run the wizard in vista  SP2- I can do the challenges but they are all greyed out, even thou they are in my neighbourhood, I don't get the challenges to complete or anything like that, and when I click on a challenge I get redireceted to login page on website Can anyone tell me how to fix Thanks

At the top of TSR you will find the [Gameplay] tab - go to [Sims 2 Challenges] - go to [List Challenges] and then view available challenges.  Make sure that you have the expansion packs required and you can click More Info for goals that you must complete.  If you want to accept a challenge, click accept and a download link will be provided to upload the family to your Sims 2 Lots Bin.  Once in the game you can open the bin and find the house...place it anywhere in your neighborhood and play.  But the challenges will be somewhat useless if you can't get the Challenge Wizard to function.  The Wizard scans your Sims 2 files for completed goals (sims memories) to track your progress.  However, I am unable to connect to the Wizard.  Let me know if you can.
