Description
A Steampunk Pirate themed Poolside Club bar. The bar opens after 5:00pm (Sim time) and stays open until the early hours. 5 stories high, with each floor having an array of things to do.
Ground floor - This has a entrance to the back, as well as the main entrance at the front, leading to a large swimming pool. There is also the Steam Shanties cafe located opposite which has food that can be purchased like Fish and Chips etc. Freshly caught of course!
1st floor - Here we have a very cosy bar area with rustic wooden stools and aged planked floors. Out on the balcony, there are telescopes. Will your Sims see a ship ahoy? The highlight on this level, is the room that gives you a glimpse of looking under the sea. Forgotten treasure is buried in the sand, you can just see it shining. The lonesome shark swims around the room, whilst the lilies float above. But there is no water to be seen here? Only Pirate magic can produce this effect!
2nd Floor - The old well with the strange glowing water looks very innocent, dare your Sims take a dip? Will they return soaked to the skin or be rewarded for their curiosity? On this floor is also a WiFi area, where your Sims can surf the net and I don't mean a net with fish in it ;)
3rd Floor - The dance floor awaits you, shindig on down to the Pirate Shanties.
4th Floor - If your Sims prefer a more laid back time, they can play some table foosball and chill out with their ship mates.

I have every Expansion and Stuff pack loaded Into my game right up to Showtime. ( World Adventures, High End Loft, Ambitions, Fast Lane, Late Night, Outdoor Living, Generations, Town Life, Master Suite, Pets and Showtime.)
My game is fully patched up to 12.0.273.017.001.
No outside custom content is included in this lot.
Only two of my custom sandwich board signs are included. One specifically created for this lot and is only available with this lot. The other is available to download separately on TSR should you only be interested in the sign :)
