"Hel-lo may I ask whose calling?"
"This is Louis, I heard you were back home and I looked you up. Just my luck you still have the same number."
"Oh hu..hi Louis. Its been a long time. How are you?"
"Im fine, I would like to see you. We have somethings to discuss. I understand that you just arrived back home but I am still on the search for our son and I need some information from you." stated Louis Pamela froze, she was speechless to say the least. All she could think to herself was "How dare he come off calling me asking me questions about the situation that he caused. He was suppose to be out of mind and out of sound but noooo he just had to make himself and "My" son known to the world and now he is no where to be found..
"Pam..Pamela..PAMELA!!" "Oh My Goodness!!, Louis I can't do this right now! I have so many things I have to do today. I am planning a dinner for my sisters and my nephew.'
"Your nephew..", Louis repeated
"Yes my nephew. My sister Samantha adopted a little boy a few years ago and well he's no little boy now." explained Pamela
"Oh that is truly nice. I remember in our conversations you mentioned that she wanted a kid when you were pregnant." Pamela once again slipped off into a daze of when she first met Louis Saint James and the time that they spent together. She thought back to when she first found out she was pregnant and how happy she was, but she snapped back to reality fast.
"Louis look I'll see about coming by to see you later today before the dinner but if I can't I"ll make sure to come sit and talk with you on tomorrow. Im not sure exactly what information I can possibly give you. Being that I was not in China at the time when everything went down... After getting dressed to head out to the store she paused and all she could think about was the fact that Louis was in Sunset Valley. It made her wonder what made him come here. Did he have a lead on her son that caused him to come to Sunset Valley or was he looking for her. In now "her" brand new convertible that she just decided to go ahead and buy (she really just loved this car) on her way to the grocery store she couldn't get Louis out of her mind so she just decided to go ahead and look up his address which she had programed in her phone. She inputted it into her gps and headed to his house. Turning the corner towards his home she noticed that he lived closer to her than she realized. Her mind was racing with all kinds of thoughts. She felt butterflies in the pit of her stomach. She wasn't really sure why she was here and what she felt for him anymore. She didn't completely blame him for the snatching of their son but she felt a lot of hatered in him for not abiding by the rules of which he was giving once he was in his care. Walking down his walk way after parking her car. She turned to leave on two different occasions but she noticed that he was watching her through the living room window so she really couldn't leave now she had to face up and go and have a talk with this man that she was so in love with once upon a time yet didn't really want to see.. (my bad I forgot to close the walls)
Upon greeting him and shaking his hand. She caught a chill all over her body. He was just as handsome and fine as she remembered him to be. In her eyes he looked a lot better since time had past. Once inside they just kind of starred at each other not sure of what to say to one another. Looking at him made Pamela think of how handsome her son would be if he was with her, and that about now he would be almost age 16 about to graduate high school or college depending on how smart he would have been.
"So, Pammie. How does it feel to be back in Sunset Valley?"
"Its cool. Not to much has changed since I left as far as the town goes but my sisters have changed a lot. They are so much more mature and independant now. At one time Tammy depended on me and Sammie to do everything for her and now she is working and doing her own thing." explained Pam
"How about this nephew of yours. Whats he like and what is his name?"
"you know Louis, I didnt even get his name to be honest, but he is a very handsome young man. Very polite and extremely proper. He and I chatted for a long time upon meeting but it never dawned on me to ask him his name. hmm go figure! (snickering just a little)
"So James, what is it that you wanted to see me for?" asked Pamela
"Follow me I need to show you something.." he stated
as the both of them walked over to his bedroom "Remember this painting?"
"Yes I remember it very fondly. It's the one that you painted to hang up in our son's room. Is this what you called me here for. James I don't have time for this I already told you I have a dinner party to get ready for." "Well excuse me for being concerned and missing our son!" yelled Louis
"Look I miss him just the same alright but you inviting me over here just doesn't make any sense. You call me out of the blue how did you know Im back in town is a wonder to me. Then you bring me in here to see a paiting. None of this is going to get you any closer to finding him. I did all that I could do when I was traveling. Hirer the best private dectective there was to search for him. Spent thousands of dollars just to come up empty handed. I miss him more than words can say, but I have come to a calm place in my life that where ever he is he is being taken care of." "Now if this is all you wanted, I'll be leaving now. I dont have time for this. Im leaving. I knew that I shouldn't have came here.." stated Pam as she stormed out of his room..
"Pamela!! Pamela!! Wait" Louis yelled out as he went behind her into the hall way.
As she turned around looking him in his eyes "She fell into his arms sobbing, tears just running down her face.."Why did I come here. I was at peace with this, seeing you just brings up to many memories. To many feelings, feelings that I am so not fready to deal with at this moment.", Pamela cried
"Im sorry...Im so sorry Pammie.. I didn't mean to upset you.. I just thought you would maybe wanna talk about him. I just can't seem to let it go. I don't know how to come at peace with the fact that I have a son out there somewhere and he doesn't know me. The fact that he may think I dont love him or care about him..."
"Oh and what do you think I feel, I am his mother. Im suppose to protect him from harm and well I didn't do a good job at that one at all.. Look Louis I have to go its getting late.."
"Well, will you come back another day?" asked Louis
"I really dont know.. I just dont know" and out the door she went.. Driving away from his home. She called her sisters to inform them that something had came up and she would do the dinner on tomorrow. She then drove down town and decided to go and catch a movie to get her mind off of her troubles.. After the movie she felt refreshed and free of stress.. As she walked to the road to meet the valet to retreiver her car she noticed Louis coming down the sidewalk. As she approached the edge of the road she didn't look his way. She pretended as if she didn't see him and got into her car and drove away... While in her car she decided to go to the local court house to see what kind of information she might be able to find on her son. If any illegal adoptions had taken place or if a child was found somewhere lost or something.. Upon entering the court house she started feeling a little light headed so she in turn left and went home. She realized on her drive home that she hadn't aten anything all day with the exception of breakfast. Once home she decided to eat some left over salmon that she had prepared the night before and honestly it tasted better as left overs she thought to herself... While laying in bed eyes barely able to stay open.. All she could think about was Louis, she really couldn't understand why. Was she still in love with him? Before she could finish her thought she was fast asleep...

Ah poor Matthieu but I don't blame him for leaving. The fact that Calleigh broke down crying while telling him the truth should have been enough to persuade him that she was being honest but I guess time apart will do them some good.
