 At school, during lunch, Taylor has some fun spicing up his pasta sauce with some salt and pepper. His classmates follow suit, which gives Taylor a boost in his love of cuisine.

Unfortunately, that afternoon at work, Taylor is fired from work when he fails to put through his bosses wife, who had some important information in the case his boss was working on. He fortunately manages to get a new job in the science career.
 There has been a cold going around Lakeview. Both Ray and Taylor have it, as do the Karakos teens. It seems as though as soon as someone recovers from it, they get it back from someone else. Renee still comes over after school, but the teens take it easy.

(AN: they joys of playing multiple families. I had to get them be anti social at the beginning of this round in order to eliminate the bug.) Taylor tries to cook up the catfish he caught over the summer, but unfortunately burns it.

Taylor had previously fallen in love with Rodney, but now it seems that any affection between the pair has died down. Austin comes home from college for Thanksgiving, and the Bensons have a family dinner with a holiday roast. Taylor the overachiever has now reached the top of the science career. In between studying for his college scholarships, he works on rebuilding an old car he bought cheaply. Soon it's time for Taylor to go to college with his brother. He has won an impressive $5,750 in scholarships:

With both boys at college, the house seems very empty to Ray. But now that there are no boys to look after, Ray can head straight back to his favourite path of hedonism!

When Michelle Bendett rings up asking him on an outing, he quickly accepts. He suggests the group go to Greens Hall, where he teaches them a rowdy folksong. Meanwhile, there's drinks at the Tiki Bar, where he meets the diva. Dinner parties, sans teens, are back on the cards Jill accompanies him to a poker playing session at the Club. There's plenty of time for some candoodling.
 Ray is so into grilled cheese sandwiches, that he starts painting pictures of them! With no Taylor to clean up, the house begins to become a mess, and Ray breaks down and does some cleaning himself. Jill finds it so sloppy, that she begins to clean up too.

Michelle Bendett was somewhat smitten by Ray after their outing, and asks him out on a date, unfortunately, she does so while Jill is at home, so he has to decline. Late one night, a burglar sneaks into the house! Luckily, the cops catch him before he steals anything, and Ray is fortunate enough to sleep through the whole event.

    I love your stories, that I read every Lakeview Prosperity part in the past few hours all at once! Nice job, especially since your using The Sims 2, because it seems to be out dated to a lot of Sim lovers, though I prefer it myself over The Sims 3 myself.     Thanks methura. I'm glad you enjoyed my stories! I know a lot of people have moved onto Sims 3, but I still had a few challenges and families I wanted to play in sims 2, so I decided I would finish them before forking out the money for sims 3. I'm currently up to round 6, so I'm playing catchup with posting the older installments. I plan to have a couple more posts in the next few days.
