Welcome to my new story! Thank you to all the great creators for all the lovely CC! Please comment and rate on the end! This is Melanie, or that is what she thinks anyway! She had an accident and can't remember a thing about it or her past. Her fiance got her to the hospital and stayed most of the time there till she was allowed to go home. So here she was, home! But it didn't feel right for her, she didn't feel that this could be her home or that this man would be her fiance. Even the clothes didn't seem to be like her, she didn't like brown, she knew that now but here was so many things brown! Pete: You feel better soon, you have to get used to a new you, I hope you will still love me! Do you like anything, Darling? And this is Pete! He is rich, well his father was! He isn't a lucky guy, whatever he starts, he don't get far! He didn't had much luck with women as well, that is why he want's to keep Melanie here, she looks so lovely and did forget everything anyway, he will tell her all when she fall in love with him! But Melanie hates him, she don't know why but she hopes she don't have to sleep in the same bed as him, it would make her sick! She hopes to remember soon, so she get's some answers! She decided to go for a walk, getting some fresh air and away of that strange man. After a bit she came to a small park with a lake, a man was fishing there, oh, he looked so beautiful, she thought, why can't her fiance look like that. She just had to go and say hello. His name was Dan and he seemed to be nice and she felt very comfortable near him, nothing like with Pete! So they started talking. And before she even noticed, she told him what was on her mind, that she didn't feel right with that man and so on. He was a great listener and told her to search about herself, to find out more and that her finance would help her ansering her questions if he loves her! It was then that Pete found her. Pete: You can't just walk around without telling me, I was worried sick! Dan: Hey, she is confused. You should help her, not yell at her! Pete: She is mine, don't you worry about her! Melanie: But it don't feel right! It doesn't feel like home or right that you are my fiance! I'm sorry, but you must help me, maby we can go and see my parents? Pete: No, we can't! And now we go home, I don't need to talk about us with a stranger! At home Melanie went to the kitchen, she really didn't like that man! She wanted to be alone. She wanted to be away from this place and that man! After Pete calm down, he went in the kitchen to Melanie. Pete: Sorry Darling, I didn't mean to be like that but I'm afraid to loose you, I nearly had! We just moved here because of your parents, they didn't like me but you wanted to be with me! We moved from very far away to this place, we can't just drive there! Melanie: I'm just so confused and afraid that you want more as I can give you for the moment! Pete: Don't be! I give you all the time you need!I love you! But she was still not happy with what he said, so she talked to the police but they couldn't tell her anymore as what Pete already did, why didn't she make any friends here? Well, now she had horrible headache, so she went to bed and hoped to wake up in the morning with her memory back and without Pete next to her! Well, Pete was gone by the time she woke up the next day, he had left her a note that he had to go to work but to be back as soon as possible! So she searched the house but couldn't find a ID or Passport, no driving licence or pictures of them or her family! That was so strange! Also there was no computer.So Melanie went to the libary but as she looked in the computer there she couldn't find anything about herself as well! After Pete was home, she told him about it. Pete didn't know what to say, he thought it would be easier with her and so he told her the truth! Pete: I found you on my way to this house, I just had brought it, you was lieing on the road with only a dressing gown on, it was in the middle of the night and I didn't see anyone else. I picked you up and got you to the next hospital. After you woke up there, they told me that you lost your memory and they ask me what happend and what your name was, so I lyed to them, you was so pretty and I was never lucky with women and I thought that I can give you a good life and that it isn't bad because you don't remember anything anyway! Melanie couldn't believe what she was hearing! She even feld a bit sorry for him but she had to get out of there, he was sick, not normal! She hat to find someone who knows her, helpes her! She was just walking around,without knowing where to go to as she saw that nice man again, he was just leaving a house, what was his name? Oh right Dan! Mabe he can help her? Dan saw Melanie as well and walked straight to her. She didn't know what to do next and he was nice before, so she told him what happend. Dan: come in, you can stay in my spare room and we have a look if we find something about you, my friend is from the police in Plesandview, maby he can help! So Dan phoned this friend and then they went shopping for some more comfortable clothe for her, Melanie was feeling much better then and was happy that she found such a nice man as Dan it was! Soon Dan had a phone call of his friend and checked the pages in the internet he got from him. Suddenly she looked on her picture on a page he was looking at and read: Missing, my daughter Dana Diane Spencer! She went missing with her boyfriend last week, we found her boyfriend dead in his car near a road but there was no sign of my daughter and we don't know for sure that she was with him! Please call..... . Yes that was her, Dana was so excited now and wanted to phone them right away! After some hours, Dana's parents arrived and they told her about her life, yes it feel much better and she was so happy now! Dan cooked a meal for them and they left very late that night. Her Dad was very grateful and told Dan that he was always welcome to visit them! Now Dana was gone and she only was a day with him but he had to think about her all the time, he called her everyday and they talked alot. Dana told him that she even started to remember about her past. Dan was so happy for her! But he missed her as well, her smile,her smell, her beautiful eyes! One day, he couldn't stop thinking about Dana, he drove to her. She was standing on the balcony and smiled as she saw him. She liked him so much,he became a dear friend to her! She did remember everything exept for that last evening of that accident day and she was still a bit sad about her boyfriend but she forgot about him everytime she spoke to Dan! From then on he came more and more often and they talked alot, having fun on some dates! Dana fell in love with him and hoped that he would feel the same! But she was to scared to ask him. Just as Dan would know what she was thinking, he took he gently on his lap, holding her close, Dana smiled. And then they kissed for the first time, first gentle nearly shy but it got more and more passionate.Yes, he did feel the same! Now Dan was everyday with her and they were so happy together! Dana nearly forgot all about Pete and the horrible time she had and so she phoned Pete one day to tell him that she was safe and at home. That she forgive him but never want to see him again! And after nearly a year Dan ask Dana to be his wife! Well, she did say yes! After all she was madly in love with him! In return she told him that she was preagnant, a little accident but she was happy about it and Dan as well, they soon would be a little family! But first they got married as long she wasn't big! Alot people were there but Dana and Dan only had eyes for each other! And so the story ends here, Dana found her love, lost the first one to find the real one? Maybe that was how life had to be, happyness around a view corner's!

That was a really great story!
I love their names Dana & Dan. It was like they were meant to be together. It was nice that she forgave Pete too but never wanted to see him again. I wouldn't either! :P

The conclusion for this story, in my opinion, is that some things are just meant to be and some people are meant to be together. Even the similarity of their name is a sign of that and although she had another boyfriend before the accident and Pete tried to make her believe she was someone else, somehow the faith still drove her and Dan to eachother. I think that's great! I loved the story! And I'm glad you made it with Sims 2 again, you have so many more possibilities than with Sims 3. So thanks for another great story
