Chapter 7 of The Life of Bethany & Dylan :)

I hope you enjoy!! :D Telling Natalie about my engagement was the first thing I knew I had to do. I went over to my old house first thing in the morning. "Hey Bethany! What's up?" she answered the door.
"Just stopping by," I replied subtly as I walked in the house.
"It's only been a day since you moved out. Miss me already?" she joked. I took a seat. "Of course I miss you, but that's not why I'm here."
"Oh gosh, are you having a baby already?!"
"No. Not yet," I winked, "But... I am engaged!" I held up my hand for her to see. "Oh my! Congratulations! You know what we have to do? Go dress shopping! The girls will be so happy to hear!"
When she says the girls, she means Xenia and Adriana. We've all become pretty close over the weeks.
"Adriana will be so happy to plan a wedding other than her own!" "Ooh! I love that one!" Xenia beamed.
"Eh, too plain," I replied. "That one is beautiful," Natalie said.
"It is. But it's not really my style." "That one. That's the one I would ear if I got married again." Adriana chimed in.
"Too.... Revealing."
"Okay, seriously, you need to choose a dress. That's the most important thing about a wedding!" Natalie said.
"I think I see it now. Oh my. It's beautiful!" I beamed, looking straight at the most beautiful dress I've ever seen in my life.
"Well don't just stand there! Go try it on!" Adriana rushed. When I tried the dress on, I knew it was the one I was going to wear at the wedding. I took one look in the mirror, and I noticed more than just the simplicity and how gorgeous the dress was. I look just like my mother in it. "You found it? I wish I could see it. No, yeah. I know I have to wait. Okay. I'll see you when you get home. I love you, too. Bye."
After U got off of the phone, I heard the doorbell ring. I was surprised at who I saw... "Meadow?" I said in awe.
"Hey, Dylan. Can I come in?" she asked.
"Sure. Beth will be home soon, so can you make it quick?" She took a seat. "You don't want your girlfriend to meet me?" She asked.
"Fiancée." I corrected her.
"You're... You're getting married?" she asked me.
"That's the plan."
"Wow. Congrats. I'm happy for you."
We sat in silence for a moment. "I just came here to tell you that I'm happy you moved on and found yourself a new girlfr-fiancée," she smiled.
"Thank you. That's nice of you."
"I guess I'm going to go, now."
"Okay, see you around."
As she went for the door, she turned around. "Are you ever going to forgive me? Because I feel like there's still some.. Tension between us."
I paused for a second and thought.
"I do forgive you, Meadow."
She smiled and walked out of the front door. I do forgive her. If she didn't do what she did to me, I wouldn't have found true love with Bethany.
