Hi everyone. Hope you'll like my new story. Something just came up my head after watching "Johnny Tucker must die". It's all about girl friends having fun.
"Check!"
"DVD's for the marathon?"
"All stacked!"
"The computer?"
"Um..still setting up but almost there..."
"I think I hear the car..quick!"
"Hurry! Hurry! Arrange them all!" "has he still been bothering you dear?" asked Claire's mom as Claire was starting to park their car right before their house.
"Not now mom, not while I'm driving.." grumbled Claire as she gripped the steering wheel. Her mom sighed and decided to remain silent. She knew how hard her daughter was having ever since her break up with her recent boyfriend. As if the heart ache wasnt hard enough, her boyfriend couldn't accept it and became her stalker. He'd harrassed her through phone calls and would even follow her to work. "What should I cook for you as dinner?" asked Claire's mom.
"I'm not that hungry.." Claire replied hesitantly as she slid out of their car. " I'll just go at the kitchen door and grab a quick snack and go to my room."
"Okay."noded her mom. Claire quickly closed the car door and quickly headed to their kitchen door. She was tired for the day. Her heart was heavy and she felt like dragging herself. She just wanted to slump back to her bed and reflect. She entered through the kitchen and was about to get a piece of snack when she heard noises in their living room. To her surprise there were familiar faces in the living room. Claire beamed a smile. "Surprise!" chorused her friends.
"Hi Claire, sorry for barging here at your house, but we decided to visit." said the blonde in a black blouse.
"We're hoping we could make you feel better."added the brown haired as she was makng a V sign.
"We brought chocolates." said the blonde in pigtails as she spread her arms to present the boxes in the coffee table.
Claire smiled as she turned to each of her best friends. It has been like 6 months since she last saw all of them. After graduation 6 months ago, they seem to have lived separate lives. Claire gazed at Mira. Sexy and beautiful as always, Claire thought to herself. Mira has always been the boy magnet in their group. She's now a stewardess and still going steady with her long time boyfriend since high school,Dwayne. Claire shifted her eyes to Sella. Claire thought that Sella looked like one of those Koreanovela stars in TV. Sella is currently working in a callcenter. Claire then turned to Anne. Anne stood poised,beautiful and graceful as ever. She is an heiress to a grocery chain and is starting to learn the ropes to take over one of their stores. The last face in the room was Judy's. Claire smiled as she thought she was still bright, bubbly and cheerful as ever. Judy is currently working in the best hotel in the city. "How did you guys find time to go all the way here?"asked Claire.
" We heard about your ex and what he almost did to you at your workplace." replied Mira.
"That idiot, I cant believe he tried to do that d\to you. I think we should get a restraining order against him!" declared Sella.
Claire shook her head and giggled. She knew her best friends treated her as the baby of their group. Claire sighed as she counted only 4 heads in the living room. Their 6th friend couldnt make it of course since she's now working in Dubai.
"Oh, by the way, Claire, go check out who's in the computer." reminded Anne. Claire checked the computer in the living room and to her surprise she saw the face of Tina in the screen.
"hi Claire, Hi girls!Miss you here." greeted Tina through her webcam in her laptop. "Tina!"cheered Claire.
"I cant be there but i'll be in the webcam, viewing you from here. Wish you were here. The malls here are amazing and branded goods are way cheaper than in our country. Wish we could go shopping together some time."blabbed Tina.
"We'll try to save some enough money and see what we can do." chuckled Claire to Tina.
"Well, what are we waiting for? The chocolates in the table, let's get into our jammies and watch some movies!" exclaimed Judy. "There's no problem that cannot be solved by uber amounts of chocolates and good friends." said Judy as Claire smield at the boxes piled at the coffee table. "Slow down Judy, we've got so many chocolates to go. Dont gobble them all to yourself." cautioned Anne who was lying in the floor.
"Let her, she needs the chocolates to feel good after watching 'Kulam*'. The first movie scared the wits out of her."teased Mira.
"I wasnt scared!"protested Judy, her mouth half full.
*Kulam means a hex, it's the title of a local scary movie about a witch's curse. Claire sighed as she slumped on the couch and stared at the chocolates. The movie barely affected her. She was still too depressed on what was happening to her. She still couldnt believe everyhting. WHo would have thought from the man she loved would turn to the man she feared? "Claire..." whispered Sella as she emphatized on how Claire felt. She's been through so muchh break ups before, some harsh but at least none of them turned out to become a stalker like this. Anne straightened her back as she picked up a chocolate.
"You'll be fine Claire. We'll always be here for you. If you need us just call and tell me how you feel." told Anne.
"Yeah, Anne's gonna lend you one of her bodyguards to you if you'd like!"teased Mira as Anne threw her chocolate peice at Mira's head. Tina from the computer screen laughed.
"Dont be stingy Anne." she added teasingly.
"I've got to log out now girls,Hope I can talk to you some other time.Keep me updated by posting videos in youtube, okay? " she told them.
"Aw..okay.." moaned Sella.
"See you, God bless." said Tina as her face from the computer screen disappeared.
"Bye Tina!" they all chorused. Claire twitched her head to stare at the computer screen as her screensaver appeared instead of Tina's face.
"Okay, what will the next movie be? I think Judy's too scared for another horror movie." noted Sella. "Am not!"protested Judy as she continued to gobble out another chocolate.
"But..Hm.. I have an idea of what we can do so Claire can help forget about her ex!" suggested Judy.
"Like what?"asked Claire.
Judy beamed.
"okay, just listen to me." she said as she took charge. All 5 of them were oustide Claire's house. They had arranged a stack of wood together with Claire's mementos of her ex.
"Was that all that you wanted to burn Claire?" asked Judy.
"That's everything he gave me."replied Claire hesitantly.
"everyone here for moral support?'' called out Judy. "Everyone but Tina. I arranged a videocam by the porch to it's taking footage of what we're doing right now so we can upload this to youtube later on." said Mira. "All right then, let's begin." said Judi who was all pumped up.
"Sella, with Claire's permission yo umay do the honors!" said Anne. "GO ahead." said Claire as Sella bent down and lighted the stack As soon as the stack was lit, the fire started to consume the stack of wood and mementos. Photos, toys, gifts... Claire frowned as she felt that a part of her was being swallowed into oblivion. She had to do this, she thought to herself. I wont let you pull me down, I have to move on, you're not the guy I thought to be and now you're acting like a psyhco...Threatening my life just to have me back is unforgivable. Claire stared as the fire consumed the teddy beay her ex once gave her.
No I wont let you pull me down, I wont let you haunt me.
I have my family, my friends and a life ahead of me. I deserve someone better... Claire closed her eyes and took a deep breathe. Then all of a sudden she broke out into a song.

The other s turned to Claire and were surprised. They decided to cheer for her as Judy who knew the lyrics to the song, haunted by Evanescnence, decided to join in.
"Haunting you, I can smell you, Alive
Your heart pounding in my head" "Be strong Claire!" hollered Anne as Mira laughed and Sella clapped her hands for moral support. Judy and Claire belted the song out loud.
"Watching me, wanting me
I can feel you pull me down

I won't let you pull me down"
The front door swung open. claire's mom appeared then folded her arms.
"It's quite late. What are you girls doing outside and singing that loud? You might wake the neighbors.." said Claire's mom.
The 5 girls giggled then apologized.
"Okay, put off that fire, and get inside. you might catch a cold since you're all in your PJs." she continued frimly yet gently. The girls noded their head in agreement. They just finished cleaning up outside and settled again in the living room. It was time for them to watch their 2nd movie.
"Okay, can I have all the remaining choclates in the last box? They're all so good." said Judy who postioned herself in the flooras the trailer from the next movie started rolling. ''Judy, it's not a scary movie this time, you may relax now." said Sella was in the couch with the laughing Mira and Anne.
"Um..Let's just divide the five last pieces to each of us." suggested claire as each grabbed a piece. Claire took a bite then closed her eyes as she savored the chocolate's sweet sweet taste as words echoed in her mind.
"There's no problem that cannot be solved by uber amounts of chocolates and good friends." The End..

Claire actually just tasted the chocolate and sort of set herself free from the pain of breaking up and enjoying the company of her friends. The chocolates are actually from TSR and the pink boxed chocolate from Echo in MTS2...oh..i forgot to credit them. my bad!!!
