Info/Downloads:

- I downloaded the lovely mansion from thesimsresource.com. I modified the interior/exterior and added a barn. The link for the original can be found here: http://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/1090093

- I downloaded Sam from the exchange, all I did was change his clothes. The original can be found here: http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=4790800

- I made Jemma myself and she is available on the exchange here: http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=4974148

- The whole Helmsley clan is available for download on my page on the exchange, however, I suggest downloading them individually as when I tried re-downloading them, Sam and Aldous both had problems/bugs

Thanks everyone! Hope you enjoy!

Jemma splashed some cold water on her face and examined herself in the mirror. She looked back on the past few weeks and smiled. They had been filled with exciting new experiences. She had never been off on her own before, and the feeling was liberating. However, her smile slowly faded at the thought of her father. She often missed him, despite his unpleasant behavior. Sam and Jemma had moved into a hotel in the center of town and were enjoying their time together. Sam had found a new job at a ranch about ten minutes outside of town and had started playing the guitar for tips on the side. Knowing that the little money they had saved would soon run out, Jemma had started her first job at the local day spa. She was nervous at first, but soon got the hang of it and came to enjoy working for her money. When her first paycheck arrived in the mail, she swelled with pride. The two tried to entertain themselves while staying on a budget, and Sam would often cheer Jemma up with a pillow fight whenever she was feeling down. Sam would soon regret this decision, however, as Jemma had become surprisingly good at pillow fights... One afternoon, Sam was strumming his guitar in front of the theater when he came to an enlightening realization. He knew what he had to do. It was perfect. He felt it in his heart, in his soul. It was as if everything in his life had lead up to this moment. He wanted to live the rest of his life with Jemma Helmsley. He rushed back to the room, his heart racing.
"What are you doing home so early?" Jemma asked surprised, getting up from her nap.
Without saying a word, Sam pulled out a bouquet of roses he had been hiding behind his back.
"Let's go out tonight. Somewhere nice. Just me and you." he said excitedly.
Jemma breathed in the fragrant smell of the flowers and beamed.
"Oh Sam!" she grinned.
Later that evening, the couple arrived at Zen, an extravagant restaurant on the edge of town. Jemma was lovely, her hair swept to the side, her skin glowing. She chattered lively, thrilled by the atmosphere. Suddenly she dropped her voice. "Sam, can we afford this?" she asked, concerned.
He laughed. "Don't worry about it, just enjoy." He leaned in closer to her. "This is your night." After their meal, Sam hailed down a taxi.
"Where are we going?" Jemma giggled.
"You'll see..." he teased.
The cab dropped them off and Sam lead her to a hilltop surrounded by enchanting trees. The moon streamed through the branches and cast rays of light across their faces. Sam stroked Jemma's cheek. "May I have this dance?" he asked, extending his hand. "A perfect gentleman," Jemma smiled, taking his hand. They danced under the stars, gazing into each other's eyes.
"I love you," Sam whispered.
He gently kissed her lips, a blush sweeping across Jemma's face.
"I love you too," she replied.
"In that case," he grabbed her arms and looked deep into her eyes. "Do me the great honor of being my wife."
"What?!" she asked, stunned. "I said..." "...marry me."
Jemma couldn't breathe. She stared at him, intoxicated by the night. The whole world had melted away. She couldn't imagine anyone else she would rather spend her life with.
"Yes!" she exclaimed, dizzy with euphoria. Sam slipped the ring on her finger and stood embracing her. They held each other under the moonlight, not wanting to let go. There was no past, only that moment and a future now glimmering with possibility. Sitting on the hillside, they watched the stars until the light of day came forth from the horizon, bringing with it a new and all embracing sense of hope in their hearts.
