In preparation for World Adventure, I decided it was time to finally tackle some of the 'rabbit holes' in my ever growing Sunset Valley neighborhood, and regain some much needed lot spacing back. So here's the end result. One stop shopping! Here your Sims will find beautiful landscaping, plenty of room to move around, lots of parking for bikes and cars, and so much more to keep them busy.
This lot also includes a NON rabbit hole community building where your Sims can eat, drink, paint, dance, watch tv, play games, stargaze and curl up with a good book. This is the perfect place to stop after work, or while on a 'date'. Other shops include the grocer, theatre, spa, book shop and bistro.
This lot is meant to be placed where the town courtyard/park is located. I always found that lot so useless...:)
