Salay: INcoming!

They all gathered around the book and said the spell. The demon burst into flames and nothing was left but ashes!
Salay: When we came from the future to help ourselves, I never thought that we'd be able to be even greater...we avoided everything but the deaths...
Sora: Yeah...now all I have to worry about is Mean...and you should start looking for Lance!
Shannon: Christian should be here any day, I wonder have the powers that be caught on to the fact that we know what happens?
Salay: I can't believe the future us...I was the last standing, but I spent the rest of my life training the next generation and trying to find the resurrection spell...and you guys died by the demon that we easily vanquished 5 years ago.
Sora: I can't believe that Christian doesn't know you're pregnant...your showing!
Shannon: I told him it's a spell.
The three walked over to a bookshelf and tapped a row of books, then it opened and they walked into the dark room. When they walked in, a coffin opened and out crawled a pregnant vampire named "La Shawn".
La Shawn: hey guys, what's going on?
Salay: Demon attacked us...so how's...
La Shawn: Selene, she's doing pretty good. But there is something...in the air...
Sora: Yeah, that's why we came to you, There is somebody in trouble, but we don't know where, someone is playing with us.
La Shawn closed her eyes and concentrated hard. She saw a girl...and a demon she knew simply as Carrie.
The girl: So, this is where we...um...what are we doing here exactly?
Carrie: I've come to visit some old friends.
The girl: Friends that live in coffins under houses...you have quality friends.
Carrie gave a quiet chuckle and walked over to the other side of the room and started to read the walls. The girl just stared and made weird faces. Carrie, whispering: Go and open the casket!
The girl, as if she was in a daze, walked over to the casket and opened it and something jumped out and grabbed her! Then they took her over to the chairs in the corner and sat her in one of them. The girl screamed and moaned until they turned on the machine and she was being electrified! La Shawn noticed that Carrie and the female vampire were watching with joy, but the guy vampire was not enjoying it at all! The girls thanked La Shawn and La Shawn crawled back into the coffin and the girls went to the book.
Sora: We don't have much time!
Shannon: Salay! What are you doing?!
Salay had taken a position on the floor as if to meditate.
Salay: Maybe if I could scan, I could get the exact location! So shhhh!
Shannon, who was behind the book, walked over to Sora and joined her in watching Salay.
Salay: I got it, it's only 2 or 3 blocks...we can make it there easily!
Shannon: Sora you stay here, in case any demons attack La Shawn...Salay, come on!
Both girls ran from the room and out the house.
Sora: I never get to have any fun anymore...that sucks!
She said this as she plopped down on the sofa. They got there just in time to run down and see the girl die! They were shocked to see the guy vampire and both shouted out: MEAN! , and he turned to look at them, and they saw something in him...he was...did he remember them? Suddenly there was a boom and nothing was left but dust!
They saw the Reaper and Salay ran up and punched Means, while Shannon sent electricity every whichaway! The roof almost flew off the place and both groups realized that it would call attention to the cops, and they left immediately. But before they left, they had to find out who the girl was...so Salay picked up her backpack and it read : Ariel Sillium...wait...could this be her future husband's....NAW! SHe figured she'd tell the girl's parents and Shannon would get back to the mansion. Sora heard a noise and headed upstairs to check on everything, but was shocked to see Shannon studying the book.
Sora: Hey, when did you get back?!
Shannon: A minute ago...Christian brought me back.
Sora's eyes widened: CHRISTIAN! But how?
Shannon: You know how a whitelighter watches us forever? Well he was there when our future selves told our futures. But sweetie...Means killed a girl.
Sora: What! What are you talkin about?
Just then Christian teleported in, shocking both girls.
Christian: I have something for you guys...it's a way for you to see what happened in your alternate futures!
Both sisters looked at each other and walked over to him.
Christian: Not until we're all here! Where is Salay?
Shannon: Huh?
Sora: Yeah! Where in the hell is she anyways?!
SHannon: She's... Salay walked to the address on the bag. She walked to the front door, but there was no answer, then there was a noise in the garage, but she decided to ignore it and turned to walk away when she bumped into this really tall guy.
Salay: What the....hello, umm, do you live here?
The guy: Um, if your looking...hehe, the name is Lance, Lance Sillium.
Salay almost fell, but regained her composure and realized that she was right the first time!
Salay: Hi, my name is Salay, but you...do you have a little sister named Ariel?
Lance: Yeah, but she was abducted a few years ago...my parents spent...ok, tmi, what is it that you want?
Salay thought it over: Nothing, I just wanted to say you have a nice house.
Lance: That's a lie, but we'll go with that...no really, and how do you know about Ariel? Salay sighed and then shifted...
Salay: Maybe we could talk more over dinner...
Lance: Maybe... Meanwhile, across town... Christian: Will you marry me?
Shannon: Our wedding is tomorrow...so...
Christian: Yeah, but you don't have one of these!
He pulled out the ringbox.
Shannon hyperventillated, then answered: YES!
Then she pulled him off his knees and kissed him Shannon: WoW! What...
Christian: It's been a while since...me being an angel and all.
Shannon: You'd never know.
Christian: Are you sure this is from a spell?
SHannon chuckled lightly and rolled over.
They both smiled and kissed...not knowing something was just a bit off. Later that night, when the family was assembled, there was a meeting of the minds. Salay, Shannon, and Christian talked, while Sora studied the books. La Shawn hobbled out of her room and just stood there. She'd already told them about the engagement, so there was no risk of spoiling it there.
Shannon: So, yeah, I've been sick...I can't get rid of it!
Salay: yeah and my future husband's sister is dead and i have to tell him that!
Christian: I still have something to show you....guys, are you alright La Shawn? She began to moan and breathe fast, then everybody panicked and ran around frantically! After about an hour, the labor was over and Selene Grim Raemon was born and they left in the veil of darkness. The morning after, they all gathered at the table and swapped goals for the day.
Salay: I have a date...
Sora: With Lance! Oh my!
Salay: Yes, and then I have to find a way to tell him that his sister is dead and I saw it happen.
Shannon: I have an announcement...in addition to the wedding...I'm pregnant.
The table went dead and Christian fell from his seat.
Sora: OMG!
Salay: Wow, we're going to need a bigger dress.
Sora elbowed her, then they rushed her with a hug.
Shannon: Someone get my husband up, please.
Salay: Sorry, already late!
Salay ran out to get ready for her date. Sora helped, though.
Shannon: Yelling Later, Salay went on her date with Lance...they talked about their futures and their goals, they also told their wants and funny stories from the past.
Lance: So what do you know about Ariel?
Salay's head lowered.
Lance: Were you involved?
Salay: No! I was there when she...it happened the day I met...I'm so sorry.
Lance looked as if he was about to cry, but then stopped to look at Salay.
Salay: Let's dance. She pulled him to the dance floor and they danced for what seemed like forever. When the date was over, she kissed him and told him to call her. When Salay got home, she walked in on Christian and Shannon kissing intensely.
Salay: Ewww! You guys aren't supposed to see each other before the wedding!
Shannon: We closed our eyes.
Salay noticed that their eyes were closed as they felt around trying to manuever around. Shannon left to go downstairs, but Christian teleported away.
Salay: Weird...what the
She was talking about Sora, who had just teleported in and ran to the book, so she followed. Salay: What's going on?!
Sora ignored her and kept turning the pages until she came upon a powerful sorceress named "Carrie". Suddenly, there was a poof and Sora was sent flying. She slammed into the table and it broke in half and everything on it fell to the floor!
She turned to kick her, but there was something...she knew this one! She thought she vanquished her!
Salay: Hey!
Carrie: You will not mess with my plans! The Vampires and Werewolves will end their truce!
Salay had read something about this, but it said that it was rumored to have happened. She saw the sais Carrie was holding and immediately began to fight her! Carrie lunged the sais at her, but she put her sais, which she'd summoned using a spell that she'd memorized, and blocked them. The fought brilliantly, until Carrie used a spell to take Salay off her feet!
Salay: HELP! She got up and kicked Carrie, but met the sharp end of her sais. But she got up and tried again, this time she hit her in the middle of her forehead. They both fell back, Salay's leg felt as if it were going to fall off. Carrie stood in front of the book and Salay was on the floor behind it, but Carrie neglected to see the other sisters behind her!
Salay: Ready?
Carrie: What?!
Salay got up and the three sister chanted: Rippling existence...heart of a lion, vanquish this evil from in front of my face!
Sora: That was so lame! Carrie burst into flames and was left as dust! Salay: You're late for the wedding!
The sisters snapped their fingers and suddenly they were dressed for the wedding! They got down in time to witness a wonderful wedding.... The next few months were smooth, Salay and Lance got closer, The baby was showing...amazing magical possiblities. Sora and Means finally met and hit it off. Everything was great and the baby was due anytime...The baby...was in danger. Sora stumbled into the attic, and was shocked to see Salay studying the book.
Sora: Hey, sis, what's going on?
Salay: I think something is wrong...Lance is... our relationship is not working.
Sora moved over to the book.
Sora: So what are you doing?
Salay: Nothing...come on!
Salay grabbed Sora and they teleported away. Next thing Sora knew, she was back in the attic of the house she knew, although not well, she knew it.
Sora: What are we doin at Lance's house?
Salay: I get the feeling he's in danger..I don't know how to describe it, but it's a feeling.
Sora: Whatever you...
She stopped because she heard a rustle.
Then Salay walked over and grabbed a sword. Sora: Where in the bloody hell did that come from?!
Salay walked over and flung it.
Salay: I stashed it here...the other day. What the hell is...
A woman jumped out, but they dodged her and Sora moved back. Salay kicked her, but she ducked. She swung the ceptor, but missed and Salay finally landed the kick... Salay levitated into the air and kicked her dead in the face. Before the demon could get up, she swung the sword! Salay swung the sword and sliced right into her neck! The demon bursted into flames and the sister began downstairs. Salay walked into the room and Lance just stared.
Salay: We have to get out of here!
Christian appeared on the couch: This isn't your destiny anymore.
Salay: Can you see him? I didn't think so.
Sora and Lance just stared, then Christian and Lance both talked at once.
Salay: Stop! look, the day I met you...I saw your sister die! A demon killed her! I couldn't tell you because you...wouldn't believe me.
Lance: Get out!
Salay: But...
Lance: NOW!
Salay and Sora left; Salay in tears. Once they got outside, Salay broke down and Sora consoled her.
Sora: Maybe he'll come around...
Salay: maybe...it wasn't meant to be.
The teleported home, leaving the place as quiet as they came. .............. Sora watched the book as if it would tell her the answer to all the questions that were on her mind.
Shannon: So, Christian told me what happened and she won't open the door...was it really that bad?
Sora: Yeah, I feel so bad.
Shannon sighed and went to sit on the couch.
Shannon: All this magic and still we can't find a way for all of us to be happy at once. I just don't know.
Sora smiled: I wish there was a spell, but...I couldn't even find the resurrection spell. I died first.
Shannon walked over and hugged her.
Shannon: You're not gonna die again. None of us will, for a long time.
They both laughed. Salay: I think that peace is never with anyone...of the mind, of the body, or of the spirit. Destiny calls us to be who we are, but who are we before that? Just another loser not going anywhere? I don't think so...me and my sisters have survived, well almost survived, everything we've faced and I've seen the future...figuratively. My sister's lives are my number one priority, but mine just falls short everytime and I can't figure out why. I used to think it was because I was the youngest, but that isn't it. With one secret, I lost what I thought was my destiny...what I was here for. But...
Sora ran downstairs and grabbed Salay!
Sora: It's happening! Christian: Push!
Shannon: AHHHHHHHHHH!
The baby: (cries)
The baby had come, and they all floated around him...yes, him.
Christian: but...
Salay: You said it yourself, we've changed the world, destiny...
She smiled and they continued to float around the baby. Salay: People say you change the world, and you do, but gradually. my choices, my life, my...me-ness impacts someone, they impact someone else and on goes the chain. I'm not stupid, I know that there are challenges that we are going to face, but I look at it like a show...when we hit the finale, all bets are off... Salay: Some people might die, get married, or even betray the ones they are meant to love... Salay: Happy Endings may happen, or the least likely may be the only defense against evil... Salay: Or maybe, just maybe it'll be alright. Sometimes...our happy endings aren't so happy. The things we wish we had...they become fantasy, they dissapate into our consciousness, they cease to be. Christian finally showed us our old lives...and they were great, but we have new lives, loves, and destinys. Maybe I'll teach at the magic school. One thing is the same, I'm gonna be around. I'm not leaving without a fight.
