**For the house to look good, you will need the EA Store item "Top of the Tower" (by Castle Kits, Inc.) or you can replace it with the 2-Tile Castle Tower Decor by Cyclonesue (one of my favorite artists in TSR).
Built with all Eps. For best result, place this lot in Sunset Valley by the beach.
