I know you heard it a million times but I'm truly sorry it took so long! I had exams first, then I needed some time to rest and then my summer practice began and then my monitor got broken... Thank you all who stay with me and still care about this story. It really matters to me.

I know you heard it a million times but I'm truly sorry it took so long! I had exams first, then I needed some time to rest and then my summer practice began and then my monitor got broken... Thank you all who stay with me and still care about this story. It really matters to me. The Grunt family would never be the same without General Buzz. This was a new generation of completely different personalities... Or so it seemed until Buzz's and Renee's daughter Brianna grew up. She missed her daddy and wanted the only thing that would make her feel as if he is somewhere nearby - to join the military some day. Buck's and Jill's children Tivona and Jade though still little, really loved each other. Jade grew up to be a lot like Buck when he was his age. A happy family. Tivona loved nature as much as her mother. And she also grew up looking a lot like Jill when she was a teenager. The big family of Harts. Shannon spending her last morning together with her brothers and sisters, college awaits her. Matthew and Sarah never managed to complete the house the way they wanted and their pension checks barely covered the bills but having a big family was something they always wanted. And seeing Shannon do so well in life they felt no regrets and hoped all of their children would have their chance of happiness. It wasn't easy for Shannon to leave, she was used to being surrounded by her brothers and sisters. Life would just never be the same... Just before leaving she still witnessed the twins Emily... ...and Shawn grow up. And off to the new life now. Bye bye home... Both pairs of twins got along very well now that their age difference wasn't so big. And youngest Theresa preferred spending time with her parents, who also enjoyed her company. One thing Shannon did know for sure - she wants to work with children. Maybe be a teacher... So she chose psychology. No use to keeping that prettiness hidden, show yourself to the world. Sylvia Roseland was about to join Shannon at college. And life was alright with all the puppies around... But all changed when her mother Erin died. Cyd new Erin was older, but that's something that never comes expected... He was totally broken by this. He couldn't sleep, couldn't eat, couldn't do anything. Sylvia had to be brave and take care of him. She even didn't know what to do about college as she didn't want to leave her father alone. But being a smart girl she found a solution. Sylvia adopted a little puppy to keep daddy company. Sure, they had dogs already, but they were all grown up. And this little creature needed lots of care and attention whihc distracted Cyd from his sorrow quite well. Other dogs accepted him well too, which was good. Now Sylvia could go without worrying. She was friends with Shannon so it was nice to meet again. Soon Shannon graduated and Sylvia was alone again. But Otto and Oscar were waiting for their girls. Oscar couldn't describe his happiness that Shannon was back. He proposed her right away. She moved back to her parents house to help around with chores and with the income. She found a job as a teacher which was exactly what she wanted. She also helped with cooking and other things. And it wasn't a burden or anything, just getting back to "normal" and it was good to feel back. Lionel Singles was still having trouble with his mother. She was dating one man after another. And eventually she took advantage of Cyd's loneliness. She never thought it was right for Erin to have that good-looking guy all to herself, Chloe wanted some of that too. Now that Erin was gone, Chloe knew just the things to do and words to say... Until the unevitable happened. And, sadly for Cyd, she got bored and found yet another. Sylvia was having fun and making friends at college and had no idea what was happening back home. But she would go back and find out soon. Lionel couldn't take it any more. But things were about to change. Even the butler cried over Chloe's grave. But Lionel enjoyed some freedom and responsibility he suddenly gained. Maybe he would have a chance at growing up a good person after all. Jessica Picaso had a lifetime want to reach golden anniversary and it was just the time for a party. Many old friends came. Some chilled in the pool, some prefered to smustle a little, some just met for the first time... The pool, the sauna... something for everyone's liking. Maria took time to teach her brothers some dancing moves. Matthew and Jessica had a great time. Lee hasn't yet recovered from his wife's Kristen's death. Alexandra now had to be strong and take some responsibility for everything, as her younger brother and sister hoped her to do so. She even started cooking, for the first time... She only let her negative emotions out when training. Monica Bratford finally dared to enter a food contest. Unexpectedly she met Sarah Hart there, with a perfectly made Baked Alaska. But her special Turkey won the first place. That Baked Alaska was very good, though! Caring about her daughter's education and her social surroundings Monica decided to get Ashley into a private school. Dinner with the headmaster went well. After that anniversary party Ashley started meeting Andrew Picaso more and more often. There was obviously something more than just friendship between them... Could have Ashley, the fat girl, ever hoped, that such a well trained future soldier like her? It seemed impossible, yet so real. Samantha was missing her daddy... He died leaving her so young. But she knew the best she could do was study hard and make that private school worth daddy's money, she wanted him to be proud if he was somewhere above, still watching. Too bad Jessie was wasting all his money on things like a butler and other services and things. But soon Samantha can make her own money, she's grown up now. And grown up to a very pretty girl. She still wakes up at nights, missing her daddy so much... And she keeps all the dolls he bought her, as a memory. The only one who can make her smile now is Frances J., the younger. She comes to visit him and get away from home as often as possible. Who might have known that Frances J.'s and Jessie's, college lovers' children Frances J. and Samantha would fall in love, just like their parents once did... Yet it never worked out for them, will the kids manage to prove it was meant to be, so that they would be born and in love? Amber Cox enjoying her violin, as always. Zoe and Armando Cox, madly in love, as always. It makes Amber seek for love desperately... And Russel Beaker seems to like her a lot... And follow her everywhere... Sure, he's smart and all, but he's just weird... And that creepy house on the hill... No, not what Amber wants in life. Aaron Grunt, however, is a much better choice. Good looking, nice house, seems to like her... Yet will this grow into such a strong love like Amber's parents have? Time will show... It's not easy for him now too. With two little sisters to take care of... ...and parents fighting all the time... ...Kendal accusing Ripp he doesn't care about his children's education, he's not a good role-model, he's lazy and fat and does nothing to support family... Yet the girls seem to grow up without noticing all that. Alisha first... (popularity) ...and Hannah... (knowledge). Alisha seems easy-going, pretty, simple, good to have fun with... ...and Hannah reserved, quiet, yet intelligent. But one has to learn overcoming first-impressions when dealing with Grunt twins. As Alisha is also very smart, yet still beautiful... ...and Hannah also very pretty, communicative (if you get to know her) and very creative. But she does envy her sister all the attention. Even Aaron seems to enjoy spending time with her a lot more than with Hannah. So much for now. I'll leave you with a picture of Jasmine and her twin daughters. The next part of Strangetown will cover some of the drama between Neptune and Arielle (you remember, don't you?) and probably will be the last (just for now) of Strangetown. Next I'll either get back to Pleasantview or move on to another neighborhood. Don't know yet!
Another thing, I'll be traveling a lot in August, so if you don't hear from me until then - I'm gone till September. But I will try to release Strangetown's part 12 before then. Thank you again for reading and having patience with me. Please comment!

    Congratulations on having the story featured on the Sims2 index. \:cool\: It really is nice to see what you've done with the characters of your game. \:\)  I hardly played with the established characters. I used to create my own neighborhoods with self-made characters but I must admit that I used Matthew and Jessica Picaso. They died long time ago but I'm actually with their daughter Ilona Picaso who married Chester Hemmingway. They're in my sims3 stories. Perhaps you like to check them as well. \:D  Have a great weekend ~ Margo
