Description: So you want to create a neighbourhood with beaches. This guide uses the "Twikkii Island" neighbourhood that came with Bon Voyage & shows you how to modify it. It's much easier to modify an existing beach than start from scratch, as it can be hard getting the levels right for the beach to work. As you'll see, even I don't get it right the first time!

I can truly appreciate all of the hard work that has gone into this as making beach lots has been a dream of mine to achieve. As yes, they are tricky! Thank you for sharing your talents and knowledge with us.
