Unusual octagonal shaped property with a truly open space feeling, with quirky room shapes and feature upper floor bar and seating with special night-time lighting.

This house is the perfect pad for young adults or adult sims who have no intention of starting a family anytime soon! All the ground floor rooms are double height and diverge off the central axis at unusual angles, making for a house that looks different at every angle from the inside. The rooms are divided by glass walls to preserve the feeling of height and space, and to allow the light to flow.

The exterior of the house features fully landscaped gardens, a large parking space, and a private screened hot tub and pool. Inside on the ground floor are louge, and dining areas, kitchen with breakfast bar, 1 bedroom, luxury bathroom, and office. Up the modern spiral staircase is a stunning bar and seating area, offering panoramic views of the area, and the whole house, with night lighting effects if you are in a party mood! On the roof is a terrace area with tables and chairs and loungers for sun bathing and looking over the view.

It was really hard to screenshot this house to really give a picture of it, but I hope you enjoy it!
