Originally an Inn during Medieval times, The Fox and The Lamb is now a private residence. There are four bedrooms and one full bathroom, plus an outhouse, as well as a kitchen in the back, a study, formal and informal dining areas, and a stable. The kitchen includes a fridge, oven and sink and the bathroom has a tub, sink and toilet. These are not very medieval in nature, but your Sims will be happier this way. (It would be very easy to add a few of the modern conveniences for your Sims, or to convert the lot into a community area such as a bar.) Fully Furnished, $172,000.
