In the Frame shelters a cosy 3-bedroom family home within it's simple, twin A-frame structure. The main entrance is on the second level, but openings either side of the staircase also allow traffic in and out of the ground level. Internal access is via a double-wide stair from the ground floor living areas to the sleeping quarters above, and thence by a tube elevator to the wrap-around deck at the top of the A.
In more detail, this is how In the Frame unfolds -
Ground level:
Entry/exit is by doors at either end of a full service laundry under the external stairs; travel from there into the house proper via a TV lounge or the main bathroom. The remaining area is split into five - with access from the open plan living/sitting-room to one or other of office, kitchen, diningroom or library. All are spacious and furnished with a view to comfort above all else.
Entry level:
The double-door entry opens into a modest reception area and a small powder-room. To the left of the entrance a wide arch leads into a small sitting-room/salon and on into the main hallway with is the hub of this level. Continuing around this central corridor, we find a large double bedroom with ensuite bath. the master bedroom with wall-in robe and ensuite bath and, finally to complete the circle . . a smaller bedroom with a double bunk.
Deck:
A tube elevator behind the stairwell on the entry level will allow access to the sun deck, which wraps around 3 sides of the structure. Strategically placed around this area will be found artists' easels, a telescope, chess table and lounger seating.
Extras:
The grounds are fully fenced and landscaped with low-growing shrubs and small cedar trees. Plantings of blue agapanthus and coloured annuals add interest. A medium-size pool with waterfall feature and diving boards, plus a sunken fountain area with benches- is situated along one side of the property, while a smaller water feature and loungers is set into a sunny space on the frontage.
Summary:
In the Frame is a nominal 3-storey house, although the top level contains only the sun terrace. It was built on and for the 30x40 lot at 200 Ely Road, Riverview. It can be re-sited on any level block of appropriate size, without special treatment.

I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for In the Frame.
Special Note: In the Frame is base-game compatible, but for this to occur, you must have a fully up-to-date game. By this, I mean it must have the latest patch installed, but not necessarily all the Expansions I have.
Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
