The EA Creations below were used in this Creation.

Flat lot built and decorated especially for Bridgeport, but you can place it anywhere at 30x40 size. 10-story building contains hall, meeting-room, security-room, laundry and fake bookstore (just for deco) at the ground floor. Public gym,wc, pool and jacuzzi in the basement.

By removing some markers in buy-mode you can get access to the roof.

Cars not included.

Store items is free.

Required all EPs and SPs up to Pets. Perhaps used some decor from Riverview and BarnaclBay.

Cheats used: moveobjects, buydebug, cfe, rbbb.

Built with game version 1.29.

Playtested.
