Created for: The Sims 3

Iced White is a 3 storey,family residence in the stacked cube style, created with the young Sim family with 2 pre-teens in mind. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a small pool, kiddies' play area and off-street parking for a single vehicle [included]. The house is fully furnished and decorated - and the exterior is landscaped.

Ground floor: Entry, living-room with TV, music and reading nook with seating, kitchen with both informal and formal dining areas and a powder room. Conventional staircase access to next level.

First floor: Master suite [bedroom, office and bath] with own TV, 2 single bedrooms with shared bath, play area on the gallery. Tube elevator access to top floor.

Top level: Game room with pool/billiards table, electroic gaming table and a trio of pinball machines. . .something for all ages.

Sundries: wrap-around terraces on the mid and top levels - variously with a telescope and/or outdoor seating. Pool deck contains shaded loungers and a number of bench seats. Play area has sand pit, water slide and standard slide [with it's own sandy landing area]..

Iced White sits on a 25x25 flat lot and requires no special treatment - that is, just a flat lot of appropriate size.

Creator Notes

Iced White is a marcorse original work. It is base game compatible, but - for this to happen - you must have a fully patched game.

You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work - however, you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL.

I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build.

If a custom content item requires a specific EP/SP - and you don't have that Expansion/SP installed - the object will be replaced with a similar game default item.

Such instances will not affect installation and play for Iced White.
