More Miscellaneous News

While we aren�t getting full-fledged news about the next expansion, we are getting little tidbits here and there. For example, MaxoidHunter shared a little bit of nifty information with us at the BBS. There will be new ways to make custom paintings in the game in the next expansion. After the poll at the official site showed that people wanted to know more secrets about the game, Maxis obliged and released their first page of behind-the-scenes secrets. You can read all the little interesting tidbits of information on the official site.

If you make movies or tell stories with the game, you may be able to be a part of the next Sims 2 advertising campaign. Simply fill out the form at the official site and you may be selected to take part!

Finally, some of the Maxoids have updated their blogs! It may not seem like much, but there's some interesting stuff in these blogs. You can read about MaxoidGrant and how he writes the catalog descriptions for the objects in the game, including some names of some of the new objects in the next expansion. Or read about the �design pit� and the toxic fridge that MaxisLittleL works with. And the last Maxoid that updated their blog was MaxoidDrea who works with the web design team. All around, very interesting updates.
