To unlock the cure recipe, your Sim needs to progress as a werewolf:
- Gain experience by using werewolf abilities, howling, and interacting with other werewolves
- Rank up through the werewolf levels
- Reach Adept rank to unlock the cure recipe
As you rank up, new abilities and recipes become available, including the cure.
Step 2: Unlock the Cure Recipe
Once you reach the required rank:
- Open the Werewolf panel
- Navigate to the abilities or crafting section
- Find the Werewolf Cure recipe
The recipe becomes available automatically once you meet the requirement.

- Wolfsbane (found around Moonwood Mill)

- Select the Werewolf Cure from the recipe list

- Click on the crafted cure in your inventory
- Select Drink
Your Sim will immediately lose their werewolf abilities and return to a normal human state.

Can You Become a Werewolf in Create-a-Sim?
Yes, you can create a werewolf directly in Create-a-Sim by selecting the occult option. However, this skips the transformation process and discovery.
