Not the best address in town to be sure, but certainly not among the worst; no airs and graces, no fancy thingamebebobs, no extra rooms to gather dust because they aren't used - just a modest but comfortable and affordable, bungalow style home - if you care to look, that is what you will find at Number 37, Gumshoe Lane.

This single storey, solid brick and tile dwelling has 2 bedrooms - the main double and a small single. The bathroom is common to the household, but is connected to the main bedroom for convenience. The halfbath is situated near the entry point from the garage, and adjacent to the rec area, which forms a corridor between the house proper and the garage. A sittingroom with piano and the TV viewing area companionably share an open space that has been decorated in appealingly cool shades of grey and green. The fully appointed kitchen, with it's centre island housing stove, microwave and snack bar, has a tulip motif as it's theme and this is also carried through to the 6 seat dining room. Double glass doors give access from the dining area to the slat- covered, BBQ patio with it's own meals area and a pair of extremely comfortable loungers.

No waste space, no stairs to climb - an ideal, single level home for any age group.
