HI Alice..
TSR rejects any lot that has the bad file in from submitting and wont accept any lot with that file so I am not sure how it got there.. as I always use Delphys Custard tool to clean up my lots from anything that may want to cling on . Sometimes I actually USE that Arezzo Counter by Angela in bathrooms.. so I am not sure what the issue is .. but TSR staff are pretty particular and will reject lots until fixed. I am sorry to hear it causes some ppl problems.. and I hope you are able to enjoy the house .. as I DID remove that file before submitting to TSR for approval and they found it was not there .. so I am not sure what to tell you hun.
